Villa w/ lagoon views & 2 pools - walk to beach

Wonderful stay! 10 min walk to the beach and 5 min walk to the pool. Beach chairs, toys and towels are provided. 5 min drive to the supermarket and local restaurants. The unit was spacious enough for our family of five to spend time together and spread out. Both bathrooms are upstairs, which was a little annoying, but worth the option of two bathrooms. Washer and dryer were very convenient. We enjoyed watching turtles and cranes in the lagoon.

Loved that it was close to the beach as well as the Coligny shops/restaurants.

The condo itself was very nice and clean upon arrival. The deck overlooking the lagoon was a bit small so we were not able to have dinner outside but we were able to sit two outside together comfortably. The beach chairs and umbrella were nice to have already there. Although I will say the chairs are somewhat small. That’s just a personal preference. The walk to the beach was fine. It took us a trip or two to figure out the correct path but we eventually got it. And having the cabana was very nice for the kids. Beautiful beach as always. The pools were very nice as well. It was a little confusing at first on how to find the pools (and the quickest route to them). The condo is near everything. It’s a great location.

Great place to stay! Clean, easy walk to the beach, pools were nice, beds were comfortable, quick bike ride to Coligny plaza. The supplied beach cart and chairs worked great. Was a great vacation and would highly recommend this place.

The property was great. An intimate setting, with a cozy upstairs that provided the sound of the pond fountain at night with a very nice ceiling fan. Everything is walkable.

This property was exactly what I expected. Good use of space and having a second bedroom and bathroom was perfect.

A gem! Great price and great location! It took us 6 minutes to walk to the beach with all of our stuff and about 15 mins to walk to Coligny Plaza. The beach chairs were on their last leg, but everything else was exactly as described! We will definitely be back!

We panicked upon arrival. Got the paperwork from the lockbox just fine, but when we got to the condo we had trouble finding it due to all the construction. They are redoing the exteriors at the moment, and they happened to be working directly on this condo. We did find it though, and were relieved to see that the interior was in very clean and just as described and pictured. There was no noise from the construction (they were doing plaster work it looked like) so that wasn't an issue in the end, though it was a bit of a surprise. The walk to the beach was easy! The beach cart provided was very helpful! The flooring to the kitchen is uneven and literally everyone tripped over it. Repeatedly. One room has a queen and two twins...this is technically true. But one twin is pulled out from beneath another. Our kids were very comfortable though. They left plenty of linens (yay clean towels!) for our family. I can't attest to their pillows as we brought our own, but the beds were comfortable. To be helpful to future guests, here are some things that are and aren't in the condo that might not have been mentioned in the description: Included: some tupperware (we always have leftovers to eat later in our stay so this was super helpful), skillets and pots, utensils, wine opener, coffee maker, plenty of dishes, a crockpot and a blender, toaster, beach umbrellas and chairs, beach cart, a few sand toys, pods for laundry, and for dishwasher Not there so bring it if you need it: coffee filters (we did leave our pack!), they do give you small bottles of shampoo and conditioner and some bars of Dove soap but we needed more than that so we brought our own. This really was a great place to stay for our family of 5. I highly recommend. Our 3 kids (15, 13, 8) loved the balcony with the turtles and I loved hearing the fountain as I fell asleep at night.

Location is superb. We loved being close to the beach and Coligny Plaza.

As advertised. Bit dated but knew that going in and the price was right. No complaints...would stay again.
