Villa w/ Golf Course Views, Walk to Harbour Town!

The villa was great. Just enough room with nice furniture and appliances. Bathroom is in great shape and we enjoyed the stay. Unit is on 3rd floor so be ready to climb steps, but parking and everything is really good.

Single living space is excellent. Pull out couch available for extra guest which is nice for last minute guest. Very clean. Third floor with no elevator is a little much but overall space with outside deck is nice.

Overall the residences was clean, a little TLC needed in the bathroom. Plenty of space, nicely decorated. We were surprised that the sliding glass doors didn’t lock. It said no dogs allowed, but there was a lot of dog hair left behind. Meagan our guest contact was great. We would definitely by back

I stayed here for 5 days with my wife and 8 month old for the Heritage Golf tournament. The location for Harbour Town is excellent and the unit itself was easy enough with the villa amenities a nice addition (pool and tennis). We did notice, as other reviews have mentioned, that the unit is in need of a deep cleaning. Several areas of the home or appliances appeared dirtier than expected. It was also missing key essentials when we arrived, such as any hand soap for the bathroom or kitchen. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but would bear these details in mind when booking.

My wife and I needed a little getaway and this was perfect. The condo was comfortable, had all the amenities we needed and had obviously been recently updated. We enjoyed our quiet morning coffee on the deck overlooking the golf course. After that it was an easy walk or bike ride to Harbour Town and even closer to the Shops at Sea Pines Center. We go to Hilton Head to enjoy riding our bikes everywhere and the location was perfect for that. This is a great place for a couple who just wants to relax and enjoy what Sea Pines and Hilton Head has to offer.

Our 2nd time staying at this condo. Great location for golf. Updated condo in most areas. Cleaning needs more of just cleaning the surface. The cleaners forgot to clean appliances, windows, doors, walls, utensils in drawers were dirty. Other things discussed with those in charge. If all this is improved you will have a great place to stay but we probably wont stay there again.

Great villa- perfect location, clean.

Codes were out of date. The lock on the door did not work some of the time. Discovered that you cannot lock the door from the inside using the coded dead bolt, as it will not work the next morning to lock the door when you leave

This is the third time we have stayed at this property. I think that it may have changed ownership since our last stay. It’s starting to show some wear and tear and missing some love. We had issues with the air-conditioner which was promptly taken care of (thankfully), the patio door doesn’t lock but you are on the 3rd floor, our codes to the pool and restrooms were inaccurate, the smoke detector was disabled by a previous guest and still sitting on the counter, air vent in bathroom ceiling drips water and the ceiling is moldy, the bedding is eh and only one sleeping pillow per person but there’s extra in the closet but no pillow cases. It’s starting to show it’s age. On the positive side, the location is great. Right by the pool and walking distance to Harbor Town. We were able to get an early check-in which was very nice. And the property manager was great handling the air conditioner issue and even followed up afterwards. It’s a great little place for two to enjoy their stay in HH it just needs a bit of attention.

I really liked this condo. It’s well done and updated. But there’s something about the appearance when you’re up close. The owners need to find a new house keeper. This place is clean, but not spotless, which it should be for the price of staying. It’s really not that hard to even clean some of the area that needed attention. There are scuff marks on the walls, the front door looks like it needs a paint job, the base boards have dust collecting on them. To top it off, there are no beach/pool towels available. No dish soap or counter cleaner available. They give you a few trash bags but we ran out and just a pinch of dish washer detergent. I’d stay here again, but for way less money.

Wonderful stay. Everything was clean and worked. Megan our contact was amazing. Only downside was the water pressure in the shower. I would rebook this property. 5 min bike ride to harbor town and the lonestar stables.
