This lovely lower level property is surrounded by many flowering plants and fruit trees and gives way to an amazing panoramic view of the Marina, Pigeon Island and The Caribbean Sea from its capacious patio.
It offers a beautiful spacious atmospheric open floor plan living room, dining room and has asemi detached kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with all standard stainless steel appliances and these are complimented by its granite counter tops with matching back splash. There are top to bottom storage cupboards including a pantry and a large counter space. The living room is decked with a large comfy grey L-shaped sofa and a hand crafted white wooden two seater fashioned with a soft pink cushion.

This accommodation is airy and comfortable with a combination of ceiling fans and large louvered windows. White French doors extend into the patio furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture.

Heading off from the living area is the first bedroom outfitted with air conditioning, a queen size bed, built in closets and an ensuite. The ensuite embraces a double vanity designed with a stand-in handled shower. The second bedroom is on the opposite side with a similar concept however it contains an additional queen size bed for a larger families’ comfort. There is also an ensuite bathroom with a similar layout. This bedroom provides a cozy corner or nook with a small library for the avid reader. There is a designated laundry/storage room right next to the powder room. Further down the hallway a door leads to a covered area in the back for hanging clothes.
