A private, 20 unit Gulf-front complex located near all the island conveniences on West Gulf Drive with easy access to Sanibel's 25 miles of paved bike trails, just minutes from Ding Darling's Bailey Tract Trail and the always popular Doc Ford's. This community offers a heated pool, gas grills, pickleball & tennis, and outdoor showers all surrounded by lush tropical landscape.

Start your holiday by parking at the front door at 3A...a completely new unit and let your vacation begin! The owner has spared no expense on the beautiful coastal vibe of this condo. You and your family or friends will enjoy relaxing in this bright, airy condo with the heated pool just steps away and a short walk to the Gulf Of Mexico.

Meals are a breeze in the well stocked kitchen that includes a slow cooker, Ninja Kitchen Aid blender, Keurig pod and coffee pot combo and Air Fryer. Villa Sanibel provides filtered water to each unit, so drinking water is safe and refreshing! After dinner, kick back in the living room to watch your favorite movie on one of the condo's 3 SMART TV’s that has installed apps for streaming, along with high speed internet in addition to Xfinity/Comcast basic cable. Or feel free to step outside and relax on the lanai which has been equipped with antimicrobial, no-seeum proof screening to enable bug free indoor/outdoor living while taking in the Gulf breezes.

The primary suite offers a king bed with en-suite bathroom with large shower and smart TV. The guest bedroom provides a queen bed, twin bed and smart TV with the bathroom just outside your door. This condo comfortably sleeps 5 people (no sofa bed).

The owner provides beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, beach wagon and cooler, as well as beach toys, and games & puzzles are available for your entertainment.

Sanibel Holiday's units are equipped with the latest Wi-Fi enabled locks offering easy check in and check out with no need to pick up or return keys. Everyone in the family can have access with one simple and, most importantly, secure code.

The pool was a good size and never too busy. The bedrooms and furniture were nice and the condo was a good size for 4 people but might be a bit tight with 6. We could easily walk to the ocean and having beach chairs and toys made it easy.

You walk about 50 yards and you're on the beach. Full kitchen, 2 full baths and the washer and dryer make it so nice and convenient for our family. Plenty of living space.

When you’re looking for something close to the beach, one of the shortest walks to the surf line; or a low traffic area, no problem getting in or out, this unit is one of the best locations we’ve found. The owner, leasing company, and leasing agent Matt were a pleasure to deal with. 3A is next to the pool, just outside the back door. We will definitely give this unit first consideration for next year’s vacation.
