The location is steps from the beach and all the beach equipment is provided.The condo itself is comfortably furnished and the kitchen well equipped.It just has everything you need for a great beach holiday.

The only bad thing to say about are stay was the water. This was are 3rd stay on the island and it seems every time the water conditions have gotten worse. They are releasing water from lake okeechobee into the bay making the water look terrible. I hope they are able to fix the conditions soon.

Being on the second floor gives a wonderful view of the gulf and beach from the porch, front door and guest bedroom. And it is just a few steps from the beach. Another plus is the loft where 2 people can stay. We appreciate the fact that there are only 20 units, and 2 next to each other so it is private. This unit has had somethings new or redone each time we have been there in the last 7 years so it always looks nice.

The management staff have always been responsive to our concerns. Our only negatives would be it has that kind of smell of a home that is closed up to long and the carpets are in need of replacement.

I don't believe I've ever been in a condo on Sanibel that had such a fully stocked kitchen as far as utensils, pot & pans and dishes. We had a little glitch with the oven but it was resolved and we were compensated. We rebooked for next year! There were a couple of things we noticed and we reported to property management and the cleaning lady. The only change we would make is the front door - the blind on the door was a little bothersome as I know there are doors that have blinds inside the windows, but its probably hard to find a good door that can withstand the salt air! Please thank the owner for allowing us to stay in their property.

This was the second year in a row my family stayed in this condo and we couldn’t recommend it enough. The only downside was that it was available for next year!
