Stayed Aug 20, 2022Two days of the stay, 2 dogs under the condo were constantly barking all day from people that left their dogs alone all day. A policy for leaving pets that are going to bark and annoy other vacationing patrons needs to be made between Ocracoke Island Realty and Blue Heron Realty. It was annoying hearing barking dogs all day when we were at the Cr43 Villa Maria condo. I made a call about it on Day#1 to Ocracoke Island Realty telephone service. Stayed Aug 19, 2023Overall, the property was clean and perfectly located. The televisions were a bit outdated, but we did spend most of our time out and about. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Feb 20, 2020The property is comfortable, clean, with a well stocked kitchen (dishes, etc), comfortable beds. We also enjoyed the central location. I would definitely recommend this unit & would stay here again.
