Welcome to your Mammoth Lakes home base! This 2BR/2BA condominium sleeps up to 4 and puts you near year-round fun, the free Red Line shuttle, and local dining and shops.



The Space:

Settle into a comfortable, easygoing retreat with room for up to four guests. The open-concept living area brings everyone together with a cozy woodstove, a mounted Smart TV, and WiFi for your favorite shows and trip planning.

The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook at home with ease, and the dining table is ready for relaxed meals or a round of cards. Slide open the door to your private deck with outdoor seating to enjoy the mountain air.

As part of Villa De Los Pinos, you’ll also have access to communal amenities, including an outdoor swimming pool (seasonal) and hot tub/Jacuzzi. When it’s time to turn in, two queen bedrooms offer simple, comfortable spaces to rest up for another Mammoth day.

• Stairs: Stairs are required at this home (see photos).

• WiFi and cell service: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes’ mountain location, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.

• Parking: Unassigned parking for up to 2 vehicles in the complex lot, first-come, first-served.

• Shuttle: The free Red Line shuttle stops next to the complex and runs to The Village and Main Lodge.

• Walkability: Roughly a two-block walk to nearby restaurants, markets, bars, and breweries.

• Communal amenities: The outdoor pool is seasonal. Hot tub, tennis, volleyball, and horseshoes are managed by the HOA; availability may vary by season and HOA maintenance.

• Laundry: Shared laundry facilities are available in the complex.

• Pets: No pets are permitted at this home per HOA rules.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

    Villa de los pinos was a perfect location for mammoth. The unit was in excellent shape and equipped beyond expectations. Management throughout our stay was communicative making check in and checkout a breeze. Definitely a ten plus experience!!! Thank you for the wonderful new years experience!

    Very clean, all the amenities you need, great shower pressure, streaming services, and easy walking distance to shopping, groceries and restaurants. Unit seems recently remodeled. Loved that it's an end unit so only one shared wall, and the neighbor was very quiet. Will definitely be a return customer on our next visit to Mammoth!

    We enjoyed our stay here very much. The location is nearly ideal, though there is some road noise as the property faces a well-traveled road. The kitchen and bathrooms have been nicely remodeled, the bedrooms were both neat and clean, and we especially liked sitting on the deck upstairs overlooking a nicely manicured lawn area. Any questions we had were always promptly addressed. I'd consider returning in the future.

    Our home away from home was peaceful, clean and comfortable. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well equipped. Best of all, we could open the windows and enjoy the mountain breezes. At night, we lit a fire. The neighbors were friendly and quiet. It was just what we needed in a vacation. Renewing!

    We enjoyed staying in this property. The kitchen had all the things we needed to cook for breakfast and dinner. It was great that there were two bathrooms for two bedrooms. They were clean. We stay in a condo for a few times per season in Mammoth. This property is great for a reasonable price.

    We stayed here for our snowboarding trip and loved it. The decor and furnishings gave it a cozy cabin feel. This condo was fully stocked, from comfortable furnitures to complete kitchenware. The wifi was great, allowing us to stream movies at night. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood, steps away from the Redline shuttle to Mammoth Village. Highly recommended.

    This was a wonderful place to stay. My family and I came to snowboard and the Canyon lodge was only a 7 min drive. This place is conveniently located around restaurants, retail stores and super markets. It’s well furnished and cozy. Would definitely stay here again.

    We had a great time here! The bedrooms being downstairs kept them nice and cool, even though outside was quite hot. Everything was new and clean. It was great having a large upstairs balcony and private downstairs deck, we felt really safe leaving our bikes and kayak there over night. The community pool was perfect for kids, and there was so much space to run and play in the grass and tennis court. Also, not very far from the village and several grocery stores, which we always need with a toddler. Definitely a great spot for families to enjoy!
