Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Been coming to the villas for 20 years often on, love it, but having absolutely no access to the beach is a huge disappointment. If anything can be done about the stairs would definitely come back, otherwise thinking of renting elsewhere.

End of condo building ground floor have an excellent sense of privacy and access beachside to nearby beach boardwalk. Clean and well furnished inside. Charming decor. We loved it!

The decor was average, the home clean. Given the size of the bedroom, there were no closets, so clothes hung on the provided hooks. The two chests of drawers were useful, however. The Villas as a group are a great place to stay. J R's front office staff was very accommodating. Check-in was effortless and the property was available early!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Easy to rent. Not what we expected. Ocean front to use means u can see beach and there wasn't easy access to beach. Drop of on the stairs was about 2ft at low tide.
