Stayed Mar 7, 2024We came down for a high school soccer tournament and had a blast. The neighborhood was quiet and clean. Neighbors were super friendly!

Stayed Feb 16, 2024We really enjoyed the layout of the condo, the little touches in the kids' room to make it feel beachy and special, the short walk to the beach and the awesome playground right outside the balcony. The furnishings were comfortable. There were some areas that could do with some maintenance and updates, but did not negatively impact our stay.

Stayed Feb 19, 2024The property was generally fine, but lacking in details: e.g., there weren't even salt and pepper shakers! Knives were dull, there was only one small tissue box (for two floors!), unreliable cooktop, one wastebasket per floor, sink drain slow in MBR, no extra blankets (we had to poach a cover from another bed). More concerning for seniors: 16 steps up to a two-story flat; we got our exercise! And there are no grab bars in the tub-showers.
