I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the place worked fine We have rented many condos over the past five years and this unit was overpriced. The downstairs outside patio had only one adirondack chair and it was too dirty to sit in. The view of the ocean was lovely especially from the upstairs bed looking through the tree.

The view from the porch and balcony was lovely. It was a relaxing area to stay in. Not much noise or distractions. Unfortunately there was no water access from our unit, so we used the public beach instead.
