We have a great stay. The amenities in great condition and it was very clean.

We found that the condo provided us with the room described in website. But there was no closet space available in the master bedroom. There was not sufficient drawer space in one of the bedrooms. The bed covering needs replacing. The throw rugs all need to be replaced. They are all curling in the corners. And lastly the sofa needs to be replaced. The kitchen was very nicely stocked with the appropriate cooking utensils and sufficient dishes for dining. The only bad part of the location was walking uphill to the bus stop.

temp adjustment impossible-if open windows unbearable highway noise and road resurfacing made the outside air unbreathable - unable to open windows for whole week / resurfaced parking had no issues/ did they schedule this for my week after i rented ? hm - it was not listed on the special of the place…..noticed received few days after i signed the rent! Not cool!

Reviewer Comments: The house itself was nice but there were things that need to be fixed. The downstairs bathroom door wouldn’t close as well as the door to the upstairs master bedroom. Additionally, the guest bathroom to the right had a leaking faucet and a loose toilet seat. The fire alarm also started beeping due to low battery and we had to call maintenance to come and fix it by bringing a ladder.

They even had fans, which was great with the warmer days and cool evenings. Would definitely stay here again!

They readily provide the items we felt were necessary to keeping the property orderly, and even provided a Keurig coffeemaker because one of their associates said the property had one and brought over lounge chairs for the patios. The property is about a block from the bus stop which made it it easy to go into/return from the village to dance, jazz and symphony as well as the incredible restaurants in the area. It is in easy walking or driving distance from 2 great hiking ares: North Face and one off Sandstone Rd. The bedrooms were very comfortable as was the living area. The kitchen is well stocked with plates and utensils. The property comes across as a rental property...comfortable patio dining is lacking. We had a great time and would certainly consider renting the same unit but definitely recommend Vail Management.

This was a nice rental and the communication was great. The property needs a few updates and could have been cleaned better prior to our arrival. The plus is that there are three bedrooms and all have their own bathrooms, plus a half bath on the main floor. The set-up of the condo was very convenient for a family of four. On the downside, the condo has no air-conditioning and the third floor where the master is gets VERY warm. There is a sliding glass door that can be opened, but it abuts a highway and is too loud to leave open all night. Also, there is a weird door problem with the master bedroom door and the bathroom door where the master bedroom door opens too far and bangs the bathroom door. When the master bedroom door is open, it blocks the entry to the master bath. Having said all of this, however, this was a nice, convenient condo which we were happy with.

Due to risk of bus covid constraints, we did the 5 min drive to Lionshead parking garage each day for skiing, and stopped by the nearby Safeway and restaurants each evening. Able to get a standard SUV in garage. Beds and baths good. A few minor problems in kitchen (toaster, coffee maker, DW). Plenty wifi bandwidth and TV channels. WD ok. Would rent again.
