Vibrant, colorful lagoon-front suite with pool access, scenic patio, & W/D

We came to San Pedro with a group of friends , we all booked our own units. Everyone that came into our unit was really impressed at how nice, updated and homey it was. It was well equipped with everything you’d need for a home away from home stay…from dishes to pots and pans (although we hardly cooked) to nice towels. The bed was very comfortable and we slept great! The first floor lagoon view was quiet and peaceful with plenty of room. The community itself was quiet, security was always present and everyone we encountered was very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back and stay in this unit for sure.

Loved our location, close to everything but yet private! The clean pool was totally a bonus! Our unit definitely met our expectations. Communication with the managers was a breeze. I have already recommended the unit to a friend!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The location was central and only a 5 minute cart ride to downtown. The bed was comfortable and the space was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed having a coffee on the deck overlooking the lagoon every morning. I would definitely recommend this property!

This unit has good location but through lack of upkeep it is deteriorating and needs some luv. Dishes are chipped with missing cups and glasses, broken stools, dressers and table falling apart. Property manager did his best with what was here Kudos to Abraham.

I have now stayed rwicw at Mara Laguna and both times were wonderful and wonderful service from the staff there. My recent stay in condo F101 was great. It was clean and well looked after and is a great location. Also a very pleasant view from all areas of the condo. Loved it--will definitely come again!

Very reasonably priced accommodations for San Pedro!! We love the Tres Cocos Area and have friends in the complex so it was perfect for our 4 night stay!!

The unit was okay. The pictures show a much better looking unit. The central air no longer works and the unit now has 2 functioning wall units located in the dining room and in 1 of the 2 bedrooms. When we turned on the ceiling fan in the bedroom without air conditioning, the bed spread was covered in dust. The shower in the bathroom had to be fixed, the front porch had a burnt light bulb and we had no dish cloth or hand towel. Abraham, the on site concierge, was very nice and quick to help. We were delayed in arriving because of long lineups, and once we arrived in San pedro our taxi could not accommodate the 4 of us and our suitcases and the taxi stopped at a place to rent carts instead of taking us to our condo so we never had anyone greet us. I had emailed Michaela to let her know we would be late, but heard no reply. The people we met and the trips we made were great, it helped us forget a rocky start.

We loved that you could all sit on the back porch. It was private and close to the pool.
