Welcome home! This beautifully decorated 3-bedroom features a coastal chic design mixed with industrial elements to create an ultra-inviting space. Sunlight streams in through walls of glass that showcase stunning Gulf views. In the spacious living room, a beautiful blue area rug anchors the space. There is plenty of comfortable seating for everyone to gather, including plush sofas and recliners, facing a huge flatscreen TV in a weathered wood entertainment center. It’s the perfect place to unwind after busy beach days. There’s also a desk that serves as the ideal workspace if you need to check in with the office.

In the same open space, the spacious kitchen is light, bright, and fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to make meals at the beach. It also has an adjacent wet bar with an ice maker, blender, and open glass shelving. When it’s time to dine, pull up a high-backed chair at the huge breakfast bar, or gather in the beautiful Gulfview dining room where two bar-style tables seat a total of 12 guests.

When you need to rest and recharge, three well-appointed bedrooms, plus a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room, sleep 14 guests. Retreat to the elegant primary suite, with a King bed, dark wood furnishings, a flatscreen TV, French doors to the dining area and Gulf views beyond, and a huge ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate jetted tub. The second bedroom is the ultimate kids’ space with two twin bunk beds with trundles, and the third bedroom is oh-so-sweet with two Queen beds. Each bedroom has a flatscreen TV and a private bathroom, plus a fourth full bathroom, so it’s perfect for families.

Outside, your private Gulf-front balcony is the sweetest spot in the house. High up on the 22nd floor of Phoenix West, you’ll enjoy incredible, unobstructed views of the Gulf and its white-sand beaches as you lounge on a chaise or dine al fresco at the outdoor table for six. You’re going to love it here.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

    We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The pictures do not do it justice. Very spacious with plenty of comfortable beds. Beautiful view from the balcony. The check in/out process was very easy. We would definitely stay again.

    Amazing property! 22nd floor location w/ STUNNING view AND at the same time, easy access to the beach via elevators. Despite the parking garage being at near capacity, our group of 12 was still able to find plenty of space to park & plenty of space in the sand (thanks to Ike’s rental service,) as well as at the pool in the afternoon. And somehow at ALL TIMES! on the super fun lazy River & water slide. Everything needed is just steps away. Love Ruby slipper for breakfast/lunch & live bait for dinner. Walmart & more quick drive. Great balcony & spacious common area. We pulled chairs into living/dining area so everyone could have a seat. Nesting side tables & throw pillows make for even more comfort! We wish the ice makers would’ve worked but there are bags for purchase for $6 in the parking area right off the lobby …conveniently located on way to beach. Will DEFINITELY stay here again. We’ve tried several places on the gulf but for our large group, you just can’t beat this beautiful condo at Pheonix West!

    The condo was (beyond) perfect for our needs (actually it had extra beds & a full bathroom we didn’t even use / need, but the price was comparable to much smaller places) The decor had a nice beachy vibe to it … very classic / tastefully decorated ! (Not way overdone or cheap feeling, as we’ve experienced at another place in the past) It was also immaculately clean & was ready for us to occupy earlier than expected. The WIFI could be sketchy at times, we had to move around & find a “good spot” (but I don’t blame that on this condo in particular, I think it was the building / and area in general) but we were able to work remotely a couple of days without too much of an issue. All of the appliances worked well, TVs in every room & a huge one in the living room. Washer / dryer were good, microwave seems brand new, standard Mr. Coffee pot (not a Keurig / pod or capsule … so bring ground coffee / filters) Plenty of comfortable seating (2 large couches & 2 recliners) plus plenty of dining room seating too ! Perfect for games or working etc. Also, plenty of seating on the balcony too ! The view from this large balcony was absolutely incredible ! We never had to wait more than a minute or so on an elevator…. even being there during Spring Break & the building having ? 25-26 floors (not exactly sure of total #) but we were on the 22nd floor & went up / down -all day / all week without any waiting. The parking was exceptional too ! There were TONS of luggage carts, as well as huge rubber type grocery style carts, on every floor… so no waiting on those either. The front desk staff were super accommodating! (Especially “BOB”) but everyone there was very friendly …even the fellow at the front entry gate, Always smiling & waving us in !!☺️ There was some construction going on, but it never inconvenienced us in any way. (No loud noises / no trouble parking or getting in / out) Our ONLY complaint on our trip (which had nothing to do with the condo) was the weather - it was unseasonably cold & a few storms. But, my son had his Spring Break in Gulf Shores, the week BEFORE ours & it was perfect weather for them. But, there was plenty to do indoors in this area (lots of shopping / huge variety of restaurants / sightseeing & movies etc ) Overall the condo was a definite 5-STAR ! I’ve already had 2 friends & some family members ask for the info to book this condo. We’ll be back for sure too. Thanks for a great experience!!

    Unit 2203 was PERFECT for our group of 14. Especially having four bathrooms. Master shower never got hotter than lukewarm though. Floors didn’t appear to have been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival but we found a vacuum. Unit was furnished very well with everything we needed…kitchen utensils, appliances, ice machine, & much more. Would definitely stay here again, but would request a more thorough cleaning before arrival. Quick, reliable elevators allowed easy access to beach & pool, even from 22nd floor. Balcony was fabulous. We enjoyed the lengthy lazy river. Beach was a bit crowded with the camping dome tents - we were surprised those were allowed to be placed in front of our chair rentals. We found plenty of dining & shopping options close-by. Many within walking distance. Loved this place & hope to be able to stay here again!
