Very Merry | Renovated Gulf-Front Escape

Checkin and out was extremely easy. Everything was as expected upon arrival. We loved this location due to not being in the middle of the touristy areas, but in the outskirts! Would definitely recommend!

Directly on beach? ? No beach grass to walk through? ? Covered deck?? 2nd story balcony to view/hear ocean?? Every amenity thought of that we need?? Keurig and regular coffee maker?? No elevator?? No boardwalk to access beach? Ocean literally yards away?? Numerous restaurants nearby?? Grocery story/drugstore/liquor store nearby?? Lots of shopping opportunities? ? Lots of privacy?? Responsive management company??

Absolute perfection!!! This condo made our trip!!! Everything about it is perfect! We will for sure be back!!!!

We had a fabulous time this year at Very Merry! This is our second year in a row staying at this home and it is perfect! Warren Beach Rentals was wonderful to work with and we look forward to coming back again next year ?

Paradise!! Right on the beach and just perfect. We are going again next year for sure and I may go by myself sometime. Any questions were answered immediately and taken care of. Just a great place to stay.

We have zero complaints! It truly was everything we were hoping for. It was so convenient having the beach in our backyard. It was also pretty handy being so close, we could hear people at the beach yelling that there was a turtle so we headed right over and didn’t miss that awesome opportunity! We were able to walk to the condo for lunch and back out to hit the waves! It wasn’t crowded at all. We like to hop around the coast and stay in different areas, but this one has really won us over. We’re thinking of coming back next year!

This property is absolutely beautiful! Everything has been updated and it has everything you would need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The beach is literally one step off of the back porch, and the water is not far at all. We loved this place and we will definitely be back!

The condos at Pirates Cove Villas are amazing for they're proximity to anything you may need and it's incredible location right on the beach! Never disappoints...

Great spot right on the beach. Unit was very clean and in great shape. Easy check in, property was as described. Parking right in front of the unit. Right on the beach, not crowed close to PCB and Rosemary Beach. Property manager was great. Furniture was in great shape. Very comfortable stay.

What a gem of a property. The views are spectacular, the beach is simply splendid with shells galore, and so conveniently located to a bevy of restaurants and shopping.

Our day was relaxing and convenient to getting around the area restaurants and the beach cannot be beat

It was a wonderful week. Opening your door and one step down and you’re in the sand! No high rise, no elevators, park right in front of unit. Doesn’t get any better than that and sadly this type of condo no longer exists. I hope it stays for a very long time.

We had a fantastic day. My wife and I completely enjoyed just being able to walk straight out the back door and right onto the beach. My son and I were able to fish all day while my wife just sat and soaked up the sun. It was very nice, which I don’t know if that’s normally how it is this time of year, but it was warm and sunny. Except for the last few days, which got a little cool. It was just a really great stay we really enjoyed ourselves. Thank you very much.

No board walk. No beach grass. No elevator. Open the sliding glass door, step out onto the patio, down two steps and your toes are in the sand! A few yards away is the ocean. The second floor balcony is amazing this close to the ocean! It is an end unit for added privacy. The kitchen and bar are well-stocked. Can't say enough about this fabulous find. This is our second year and we plan to return every year that we can.

Rental was in a great location on a quiet end of Panama City. Close enough to Pier Park and Rosemary but private. Rental was well organized and stocked. It was a comfortable condo with a lot of nice amenities.

The best part of this unit was that you walk right out the back door and directly into the sand and beach. Well kept residence as far as cleanliness and the fact that we were able to bring our two small birds with us was the main reason we initially chose this location. We will be returning in the spring.

I can't stop raving about this townhouse! Nestled right on the beach, the location was nothing short of spectacular—just steps away from the pristine sand and sparkling ocean. The townhouse itself was beautifully renovated with a cozy, seaside charm. It was immaculate and stocked with everything we could possibly need. Our days were filled with sunshine, laughter, and the joy of making unforgettable memories. Whether we were enjoying our morning coffee on the balcony with a breathtaking view of the sunrise, or unwinding after a day of beach fun, this rental was the perfect backdrop for our getaway. I’m already counting down the days until we can return to this little slice of heaven. If you’re looking for a beach retreat that exceeds all expectations, this is the place to be!

We enjoyed the house and the uncrowded beach. Location was ideal for a relaxing stay.
