Stayed Mar 9, 2024Great size condo and cleans w had a good stay . A few things to improve is the dishwasher that is not cleaning great the dishes, the BBQ on the patio is hardly working.

Stayed Jan 2, 2026Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely stay at this property. The property was clean, comfortable, and had all of the items we needed for cooking meals for a large group. The location was great, allowing us to easily get to Purgatory and Durango. The gym on the property was very nice and well equipped. One problem we encountered was that a smoke detector in an adjoining condo was chirping throughout the night disrupting the sleep of some members of our party. When we called guest services, we were told there was no maintenance on the weekend and nothing could be done. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

Stayed Nov 27, 2023House was pretty clean except for some dog hair. It's a little farther out of Durango than we'd have liked, but was comfortable for my family. The kids loved seeing the turkeys roaming the parking lot.

Stayed Jul 29, 2023Our time at this property was marred by several problems. Our towels were damp upon arrival (I’m assuming not enough drying time in the dryer) but hung up neatly on the towel bars in the bathroom anyway. The door knob to the bathroom in the loft was just short of falling off. The coffee maker was very dirty and the keurig water tank was totally covered with water scale. Our notification to the property manager of all of the above did result in a new coffee maker being dropped off at the property. The door knob was never repaired. We dried the towels ourselves. Later in our stay the Nest thermostat somehow would not allow us to reduce the temperature of the unit below 78 at night on our second and third nights. We were out of the unit from 8:30 am to 10pm each day. We anticipated that the temperature would adjust, as it did the first night, from 75 during the day to 68 at night. Rightly we should have sent a notice to the property company the next day but we thought the thermostat would adjust to the program it was set to as described in the guest manual. There are no windows to open in the sleeping areas so it was very warm at night. We also could not locate the iron or ironing board that was listed as an amenity. All these things were unfortunate.

Stayed Jul 2, 2023We loved it! The space was perfectly well stocked. We had plenty of room for all. Everyone had their own space. Nicely decorated and remodeled! We will be back.
