Access directions were clear and we found the condo to be clean and comfortable.

This unit fit all of our needs regarding location, cleanliness, and amenities. I would 100% recommend this property to my friends and family and will revisit this if I'm in town in the future!

Clean comfy and quiet

Stayed here on business. The location was perfect and near restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The condo was nice too!

Quiet location, easy drive to everything. Very close to hiking and the grocery store. The pool and also the parking is just steps away and the back deck was perfect for bird watching. There is a bit of noise when the unit upstairs has people in it, but it was minimal and not disruptive.

This is my third time at the Greens and as always it was a great stay. The condo is close to a grocery store, restaurants and of course Sabino Canyon. Spent 7 of the 9 days hiking the trails at Pima Canyon, Ventana Canyon and Sabino Canyon. The pools on the property are great and a refreshing must after a long day of hiking. I’m hoping to be back in March 2026 when the waterfalls are flowing.

We have stayed at The Greens condo community a few times and while we love the location to the Catalina Mountains, hiking and biking, shopping and great restaurants, this time renting this particular condo was disappointing. Living room carpet is Grundy and should be thrown away. Many of the walls need repainting, all scratched up. The hall bath towel rack is broke off the wall. The back patio had not been swept nor patio table wiped down (my husband did all that). Even though condo location is great, short walk to pool, the Condo itself needs some huge improvement. Did not feel like a resort like vacation with the condo really lacking and very worn looking throughout. Personally, We won’t rent this one again. Lori B.

The condo was just what we needed for our Tucson trip. It’s ground level with no steps and in a quiet area at the end of the property. The unit is near the pool and work out room. Disposal of our trash was nearby. We appreciate that the towels were of good quality with no musty smells. Our only downside was the firmness of the master bedroom mattress. It was a little too firm for our needs so we opted for the queen bed in the second bedroom as we were the only two using the unit. We didn’t use the kitchen very much but it appeared to be well stocked. The patio areas was secluded and a nice place to sit outside. Overall we found this unit all that we needed for our trip.

Property was in a great location, very well appointed kitchen, beautiful lanai to sit on and have a drink. The condo could use some TLC and a good deep clean. We were there for a family emergency and needed to extend by 1 day and it cost almost as much as the previous 4 days.

Overall, we had a great stay at this property. It is a condo in an apartment complex. Located on the groundfloor, no stairs to climb, but you can hear neighbors walking upstairs. Having access to the outside is very important to us, and we really enjoyed the patio with a dinner table, chairs and nice views of the sunset. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and utensils, and even spices. The property is slightly smaller and more dated than it appears in pictures. Needs some TLC. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, easy access to the pool and hot tub. Located close to several hiking trails, stores and restaurants.

Well maintained condo, the pool was dirty quite often so that was the most disappointing aspect of my stay. Otherwise everything else was great.

The property was located exactly where we needed to be. Furniture and finishes in the condo are dated.
