Vegas Resort 2-Bed Condo walking distance to Casinos (Ideal for Long Stays)

Neighbor were arguing keeping us up. The codes to get into pool, condo, parking was difficult. Taking our own trash out was shocking.

Facilty was nice and felt safe with guard at the gate. Facility has rideshare drop-off/pick-up up front.

Great location! Well maintained unit and facility. The only drawback was the hot tub wasn’t working when we were there.

We stood here for 6 days and it was so cozy! My wife and the other couple we came with loved the apt. The layout was great! Beds super comfortable and the bathroom were nice as well! Julio was great! He was there if I needed anything. His response back was quick! We truly appreciate the xmas decorations. The place is close to the strip! I highly recommend staying here!

The host was nothing but amazing, and the place was more than I expected. They really want you to feel comfortable while still having fun!

We had a great stay! Communication with the host before and during the stay was easy and they alway replied so quickly. The property was super clean, cute and comfortable. It also felt spacious. Lots of nice extras like vanity desks in each bedroom, portable fans, extra blankets, games, full size toiletries in each shower, lots of towels, etc. We didn’t cook anything this stay but the kitchen did have dishes and all the things you would need to make basic meals. It was really close to the complex pool which was large and clean. It was in a great area - only a few minutes drive to the strip but felt more homey and safe.

Great Stay with Family in Las Vegas

The condo was perfect for me and my family. The pool was close which made is easy for my wife to take the kiddos while i was out on the race course. Plus the location was a short drive to the strip.

This Was A Great Property!!! The 2bdrm unit is Clean and Fully stocked with anything you'd need for a short stay in Vegas. The place is secure and just a short drive to the strip. The host was Excellent!! Very quick to respond. This will be my goto when in Vegas

If you want to be close to everything, but away from the hustle and bustle of the strip, this could be just what you’re looking for! The owners do a great job to ensure visitors have everything they need to be comfortable. The gracious supply of towels, dishes, k-cups, games, bathroom and laundry supplies, and even salt, pepper, make for a convenient and pleasant stay. Check in was seamless. We appreciated the security of having a gate with security personnel at the entrance. Though we didn’t use them during our stay (we stayed in January) the pool, jacuzzi, and lazy river looked clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable, though an extra blanket would have been nice during the winter months. My husband would have liked a TV in the bedroom, but there is a huge television and comfy couches in the living area. Both bathrooms were clean and well appointed. I would highly recommend this property for your Vegas vacation, work trip, or get away.

The place was how it was listed . Perfect place to stay close entrance strip but also close to town. Where you can eat at a normal breakfast spot not on the strip and avoid the crowds.

The location was perfect. It was easy to get to everything and quiet to be able to relax. The condo was nicely decorated and it seemed they thought of all the little details to make the stay enjoyable. We would highly recommend.

Very clean and well supplied with everything you would need. The downside of the trip was hot tub was inoperable. I dont know if the people upstairs are owners or just renting. The guy upstairs was huge and you could hear every step he took through the ceiling. A lot of noise coming from up above, all hours of the night, friends I was with had trouble sleeping because of the noise. Other then that, nice place

Our host was very accommodating and we really enjoyed our place. Super cute and cozy. We had everything we needed. Definitely will be calling again when we have another tournament for softball.

Me and my three daughters traveled to Vegas for a concert and J's place was perfect for what we needed!

My husband, myself and a couple of our friends had a four day stay here. It’s a great place to stay and close to everything. The pool was nice in the 115° temps that week. There is a train that goes by every few hours, it startled us the first night. Housekeeping could’ve done a more thorough job but it wasn’t bad. Overall we had a great experience.

We loved Julio's condo, smaller than expected but enough space for 3-4 adults, beautiful bathrooms and we loved the beds- so comfortable. There was minimal supplies as well so come prepared. Thank you Julio

Great place and location, easy in and out, air con works best if all interior doors are open. Place is lovely and clean, 2nd floor, nice kitchen, and bring extra k cups if you like coffee.

We (4 of us) were so happy with the condo. Everything we needed was there. Easy in and out. Exactly what we needed. We didn’t want to be on the strip but just close enough to get everywhere we wanted to go.
