    Beware of 30 day cancellation policy and travel insurance restrictions. Coral Tree Rental company takes a we deny all cancellation requests stance... even when Vail mountain is 90% closed and Vantage Point wont heat the pools. For skiing, Vail is unbeatable. But when the ski mountain is bare over Christmas, there are few other activities in the area. This lessor wouldn't even return a cleaning fee when we canceled the rental. The risk is entirely borne by renters.

    We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The location is great (less than 5-minute walk to Lionshead Gondola), it's nicely furnished and the cable TV channel selection is very good.

    This unit was perfect for our family of four. The kitchen was well appointed and we were able to cook our meals with ease. There was plenty of space for us to stretch out after a day on the slopes. The location was perfect with a short walk to Lionshead Village and the lifts. We would absolutely stay here again!
