Valleys Chalet - Harbor Springs/Petoskey Condo

This is our second year renting this unit for our annual ski trip and it was another great stay. The place was clean, organized, the beds were comfy and Kevin was quick to respond when we had a question. The little extras like K-cups, shampoo, conditioner & body wash, and welcome bag were a nice touch and made us feel very welcome. We’ll definitely re-book next year. Our whole family loves this place. Thanks for another great stay!

This was our second time coming to the Valleys Chalet! We won’t stay anywhere else for our annual trip to Petosky! This place is perfectly located and close to all the fun attractions. The condo itself is beautiful, clean and has everything you need for a fun relaxing stay! The property is gorgeous, especially in the fall. You are surrounded by trees! There are several walking trails you can explore, a shuttle to Nubs Nob is almost right out the door, 2 pools, indoor and outdoor, fitness center, hot tub and sauna. It’s like being at a resort minus the crowd of people. The Valleys have went above and beyond as hosts for their property! This place is the perfect getaway if you have little ones. Our kids were so excited to come back and play in the kids loft area and watch movies on the big projector from their beds! We will definitely be back next year!!

The condo was very nice and close to everything we wanted to do.

The unit was clean and comfortable. Met all of our needs for our stay. Location was beautiful and convenient to Petoskey. The host was great at communicating and answering all of our questions.

The chalet was very cozy and inviting. It had nice accommodations and amenities that weren’t expected. (Q-tips, make up removers, nail files in bathroom, plenty of dish soap, paper towels, laundry soap and dryer sheets, plenty of blankets) The beds were comfortable as were the couches.

We loved our time at this Trout Creek condo. We've stayed in other units here before, but this one was perfect for our big family. The unit was incredibly clean and well-stocked. The beds were super comfy and my kids loved the loft area with the projector to watch movies at night. There was a very well thought-out welcome manual that explains everything about the condo and things to do in the area too, which was the best one I've seen so far. The owner was easy to communicate with and always quick to respond. Overall, this is a great spot to stay for a weekend away or even longer. We'll definitely book again!

Great condo right next to Nubs and across from Boyne Highlands. Had everything we needed. Great for skiing and golf. Lots of space for our family of 4. Very close to Harbor Springs and Petoskey. Communication with our hosts were great! When we had an issue with the fireplace, they helped us right away. It was a great stay!

Our small family of four enjoyed the space, especially the bunk room and spacious bedrooms. The master bed was super comfy…if you’d like to share the brand we may just buy one!!!

We stayed for four days just after Christmas and found this property to be everything we needed for two families (4 adults and kids aged 13, 11, 9, 8). The unit is nicely updated and well-stocked with basic supplies and extras like games, toys, and a projector for the kids’ loft room. Location is excellent for skiing at Nub’s or Boyne. Highly recommend!

This is one of the best vacation rentals we have stayed in! I’m a travel agent and have experienced lots of places to stay! We highly recommend the Valley’s Chalet #139! The condo is beautifully decorated, very clean and located in the perfect location if you’re visiting the Petoskey area for any reason! There is so much to do very close by including on the property! The owner takes very good care of the place and cares about their guests who are staying! The condo is fully stocked and they have went out of their way to make sure they have the little things available! They are easy to get ahold of if needed! Our kids had so much fun playing in the loft and going swimming! This is our place to stay when coming up north for all future visits!

The owner is great! He answered any call from me. They had almost everything we needed! Would definitely stay there again!

This was a wonderful stay in Harbor Springs. We loved the pool access and the condo was perfect for our family!
