Val D' Isere-Beautiful! - Ski In/Out! Condo.

The condo had everything we needed and was very convenient to the chair lift in town that takes you up to the mountain resort. It was a short walk from the condo to the lift. We were also very close to stores. We had everything we needed to cook. Our two west coast daughters joined us for part of our stay. The condo has two bedrooms, each with a bathroom. Our host was very responsive to our questions

This property was perfect for our long weekend family ski trip. The location is easily walkable to/from the Village Gondola and the surrounding apres ski offerings in the Village area. The snow was a bit slushy and patchy for us to traverse the entire length of the Ski Back Trail on snowboards, but conditions permitting this unit truly is ski in/ski out (or at least ski out).The owners were very responsive and helpful, and gave us really recs for restaurants and things to do. The kitchen was nicely stocked and we had no troubles with the appliances, heating, etc. One thing of note, there is no in-unit washer/dryer and the w/d units on the property were unavailable due to remodeling (as was the community hot tub).We would definitely rent again.

Our stay was great. The home was clean and ready for us to begin our mountain holiday. The location is perfect and we enjoyed sledding nearby as well as a quick walk to the Gondola in the village to start our ski day. We will stay here again on our next mammoth trip.

Loved our stay in mammoth. Condo was completely set up and made our stay so easy. Fully stocked kitchen and restrooms. Right in town easy walk to town and gondola for easy access to the mountain. Husband and the son used the ski back trail and got back faster to the condo than my daughter and I did taking the gondola back. Would 100% stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this ski condo! The location was perfect close to the slopes and all the amenities we needed. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, well equipped, making it a great home base for our trip. the owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with, highly recommend for anyone looking for a convenient and cozy ski getaway!

We have stayed at condos in the Village and at the Westin Monache and this one was better. It exceeded our expectations. The unit was nicely furnished with a homey and inviting feel. It was also a lot more spacious than condos in the Village or at the Westin Monache.It was also very clean and had everything we needed. We didn’t have any problems at all and everything was in great working condition.The location was great – we could either walk to the Village or jump into the car (parked right there out front). It was clear that Larry and Jean really care about and take care of the unit. It looked like the condo was recently renovated and furnishings replaced often. For example, the TV was big and new, with smart tv functions that allowed us to watch Netflix and HBO in the evenings. Our stay was perfect for skiing and we really had a great time. We rented some equipment at the rental center in the Village and took the Gondola right to Canyon Lodge. it was easier for us to take the Gondola back rather than the ski back trail, but we saw some folks taking it back and it ends only 100 feet from the condo.We will definitely come back!

Property was great! Great location, easy walk to the villiage. Loved the book that told the story of the property. Would stay here again.

Clean and comfortable condo with easy access to Village and Gondola. Didn't need a vehicle during the stay, which was great because it snowed all weekend. Owner was very communicative and helpful. Great trip!

We always stay at The Village Lodge across the street. This location was fabulous. We just had to cross the street to get to the gondola and restaurants. The beds were comfortable. Larry and Jean leave very descriptive information re: their unit. They are also very responsive with questions. We would stay here again!

Excellent property with outstanding location.

I planned a mountain biking and fishing trip to Mammoth with my 11 year old son. Normally my wife and daughter would accompany us, but due to a youth sports commitment they stayed behind this time. We would usually stay in the Juniper Springs area, but I decided to try something different and I am glad I did. We loved Larry and Jean’s condo! My son is already asking when can go back to Mammoth and stay there. It was so convenient to be able to park right in front of the unit to unload/load the car. It is also easy walking distance to restaurant and shopping. We were able to ride our mountain bikes a few blocks to the Mammoth bus, then take the bus to the bike park and when done for the day ride the Downtown trail directly back to the condo. The unit is very comfortable and nicely remodeled with a tastefully island themed bedroom and original artwork. We will for sure add this to our places to stay and booking again in the future!
