Scorpio condos are located between Vail Village and Lionshead. Located next to the Four Seasons Hotel. Great Vail mountain views. Just a short 5 minute walk to either village base area. For stays of 1,2,3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee of $150 will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived.
This condo features a large living room , wood fireplace, two full bathrooms, deck area with a gas grill, and a master suite with a king size bed. The second room has two twins, also a sofa sleeper in living room. There is an assigned ski locker on the lower level, free wifi, great Vail mountain views. This residence does not have air conditioning.
Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out and sent to them.

Place was great for our family of 4. Clean and comfortable with plenty of room. Nice Sized and very functional kitchen. Private laundry was a bonus. Location is perfect especially if you like to split time in both Vail and Lionshead Village. Property host was great to deal with.

Great location! Dated beds and bedding but nice and spacious living area and updated bathrooms and kitchen. Walkable to the village and easy to hop on the shuttle basically across the street from complex.
Condo had a great view of Vail mountain! Was right next to the Four Seasons, easy walk into Village for skiing and activities!

no ac and was not disclosed. Nails up in carpet by both bathrooms in fact in the middle of night I actually stepped on one of the nails. Master. Mirror closet door cracked and very dirty . Comforter disgustingly stained and bathroom shower had very little pressure had to take showers in the other bathroom. Extra bedroom. No screens on window and no tv and very small. Living area no screens on one sliding glass door and with no a/c you couldn’t open the windows that didn’t have screens. The manager said to me oh well there are no bugs. I would like to know what planet the manager is on. Kitchen. Under sink. Wood off Fridge has broken plastic ware inside The pics in listing make this place look a lot bigger. Each room is much smaller and so dingy. The place really looked so old on the inside and dirty. Carpet through out was thin and disgusting. No humidifier and no fans until we requested two fans. Fans were delivered a day late and were filthy with packed up dust. Another words this unit looks worse than a motel six. Needs painting new carpet etc. just dingy. Also they need to fire their cleaning company because the place was filthy and disgusting with dust and dirt. Mirrors and windows so dirty too. Lights didn’t work outside so at night getting in front door was a little hard to see lock on door. I am calling this place the slums of Vail. Now location was good which was the only saving grace.
This property was just as advertised. The pictures were 100% accurate. The location is fantastic, nestled between Vail Village or Lionshead with a short walk or bus ride to shops, restaurants, the lift at either location. Great place to stay and check-in process and management was wonderful. Would definitely recommend.
Very cozy condo with an amazing location right in the middle of Vail Village and Lionshead. Free parking which is a plus.
This property is in a great location for the price. A 7 min walk to gondola one. We had a few issues during our stay. The property manager was incredibly responsive. All issues were resolved in a very timely fashion. Because this is a ski rental during the winter, hooks for jackets and ski pants, cubbies for gloves and hats and a boot tray by the front door would be an awesome addition.
We stayed here for a long weekend ski trip, and it's a fantastic location for skiing at Vail. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to either Vista Bahn, or the Lionshead Gondola, but the walk is through the pedestrian streets of Vail, so really not a chore at all. I definitely preferred it to taking the local Vail bus from a condo farther away. The condo is beautifully furnished, with nice carpets, tile, couches, TVs in all the rooms, and a steam shower in the master bedroom. Vail Realty handled the arrangements, and they did a very nice job. The only downside was that it's right along the frontage road and I-70, so there's some road noise (particularly when they are snow plowing), and the curtains could be better, but overall, it was a great condo, at the right price.
