• Use professional tools, including microfiber rags, large and small brushes, melamine foam sponges, and floor mops with replaceable cleaning pads.

• High-touch areas are cleaned and scrubbed with every cleaning, including light switches, fan pull chains, remote controls, cabinet knobs, appliance handles, kitchen counters, etc.

• Guests can check in directly to home, avoiding contact with others.

    This condo is wonderful. This was our second time staying there and I highly recommend!! 5-6 minute walk to gondola one an less than that just into the village. The property manager was very responsive and wonderful!! We will return!!

    We had a fantastic stay! The unit location was amazing—fast walk to the main gondola, shops and restaurants. Unit was comfortable and well maintain. It had a great view, new appliances and everything you could need to make yourself comfortable.

    Our crew of five (2 adults, 2 teenagers, and a 8 year old) had an amazing stay here! Overall, we loved the convenience of the location and the amenities and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend (mom idk what the place is called but it goes here). The condo was a short (about 7 minutes with ski boots) walk to the ski school meeting place, bunny hill, and access to the full mountain through chair 6, though the walk does include 3 flights of stairs and a street crossing. The condo is on the second floor and there is no elevator or escalator, just an outside staircase. It’s about a 1 minute walk from a bus stop so its easy to get anywhere in Vail Village without a car. The interior was clean and well furnished and was super well stocked. The kitchen was small but nice with a working dishwasher, oven, and various small appliances (we especially appreciated the kettle and teapot) and there was a spacious living room with a pull out couch. The bedrooms have sleep number beds, a fun novelty. Our biggest complaint was that the showers were physically very hard to turn on and off and it was hard to get hot water. Beyond that, the bathrooms were fine. Check in and check out were smooth and painless. Laundry machines are in the same building. The machines are supposed to be operated by an app or by quarters, but the app does not work and there is NO COIN MACHINE and many local shops were hesitant to exchange cash for quarters. Trash cans were on the stairs and simple to access. We recommed!

    The condo worked out perfectly for our party of 4. AS others have noted, 4 is the maximum occupancy for this property. The unit was as described on line and the photos were very representative of the condition of the unit. The close proximity and short walk (5 min) to the lifts and ski rental shop at Golden Peak lodge worked out great We also enjoyed the close proximity for walking into Vail Village for dinner or shopping without being in the middle of the hub bub. We would certainly come again and would highly recommend to others. The only downside for us was the 3 flights of stairs to reach the unit when bringing in our suit cases at the start and after a long day on the slopes. All in all we really enjoyed it!
