Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ve stayed with Crescent Royale multiple times. This is the first time in unit 302. The building is located right across the street from Siesta Key public beach. It’s a great location. The unit is well stocked with towels, kitchen supplies/appliances and beach chairs. It has great bones but desperately needs to have the furnishings updated. The sofa and loveseat were extraordinarily uncomfortable. The primary bedroom has a dresser and nightstands that are almost impossible to open. Overall Crescent Royale is a great location and the property is well maintained, including the pool. The staff is very pleasant and helpful.

It took away from the excitement of entering the condo not only upon arrival but each entrance to condo !! Crescent royale can do better than duct tape !
