Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we were very happy with our condo! The view was great, the beds were comfy and there was plenty for room for myself and two kiddos. Loved the balcony and private access to the pools and beaches was fantastic. It was also nice to be able to park in the garage and have shade. The kitchen was small, however, I expected that as there were plenty of photos. Also, the amenities were sparse, but again, MOST of that was shared ahead of time. However, I was disappointed there was only one trash bag provided for the entire week. Perhaps a suggestion would be to be able to order additional rolls of toilet paper, or washcloths, dishwasher detergent, etc. for a small additional fee upon reserving the unit, or perhaps being able to order via an app when there. I understand we can go to Publix or Walmart to get more, but buying that much at once to potentially have to throw it away if you don't have room to pack it is an inconvenience. Overall, the bathroom was fine. The shower was a bit small and there was a bit of crud on the floor. I'd also suggest installing a removable shower head. It's SUPER hard to rinse sand off in the shower without one. We had a few things we needed and the management company was very responsive via text. Thanks for a fun stay!

The property definitely could use a little upgrade to the interior. It is a bit dated. The bathroom needs a deep cleaning in corners and in the shshower. i doubt the bed spread was cleaned before I arrived, because there was a stain on it. Otherwise it was just ok.

Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted and given a map and property information. The villa was clean with a beautiful view of the Gulf and the Bay. The amenities provided were amazing, loved working out in the gym every morning and lounging by the pool.The location was perfect, with The Boardwalk within walking distance. I enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. I will definately be back!

We had a great time and got much luckier than those who were in Helene's path. we were able to walk to everything.

The weather wasn't great, but the heated pools and jacuzzies made it worthwhile. 58*-60* most days made getting in the water a tough one, but staying on the beach and having access to other amenities' across the street were great. One of the best workout spaces I have had when traveling.

My family and I have stayed many times at the resort, and it seems to be doing down hill. The resort seemed not maintained like it once was. Our villa was not clean, which is disappointing considering the cost to stay.
