Urban Oasis In Downtown Waco; short walk to Silos

Great location, comfortable and livable. D&L very responsive and helpful.

Really great location within walking distance to Magnolia and Dr Pepper. The home is cutely decorated with a large kitchen.

The host was friendly and super responsive!! Amenities were exactly as pictured on the property details. Clean and very well kept condo. Enjoyed this place so much!!

This place is just awesome!! We stopped in Waco on the way back from a Cowboys game. Parking was very easy as it is assigned parking. The building is right behind the parking lot, which is very well lit and the location was very nice and convenient to local attractions as well as a pretty broad selection of food. To our surprise, this industrial loft was even better than the pictures. Just a very very cool place to stay. The only gripe I have is that we couldn’t stay longer. Just an amazing place that makes you not want to leave. If you’re planning a vacation with your family/friends to the Waco area, you would be making a mistake if you stayed anywhere else, other than this beautiful industrial loft.

I wish I could live here! This property had everything! Walking distance to fun places. We will be back!

This property is exactly as advertised. Local to downtown Waco and easy walking to multiple attractions. Property is clean and modern. The property is an excellent renovation from its previous use. Management provided timely and helpful communication. Would absolutely recommend this property!

This property is really nice and was perfect for my girls weekend in Waco. Walkable to silos and Dr. Pepper Museum. Rooms were nice and beds were comfortable. We would stay again if we do another girls weekend in Waco.

I cannot say enough great things about this property. The location is amazing!! Walking distance to so many venues. It was clean and quiet with an incredible view. But, maybe the best of all was the fact that the owners just get what it’s like to travel. There were tons of extra towels, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, laundry soap, etc. the kitchen had everything you could think of or need. We have been to many places that skimp on some of the extras. This is not one of them. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we visit Waco!!

This was the perfect place to stay. It was roomy, clean and gave us a view of the Silos and Alico building. Walking distance to rhe silos and less than 10 min drive to all of the other fixer upper experiences we took in.other fixer upper e perie

We really enjoyed this condo! We had family and friends join us, and it was perfect for all! Love the walkable location and proximity to the Silos and all things in downtown Waco! Would highly recommend!
