Urban Loft in downtown Asheville

We really enjoyed our stay. It is a great location to everything downtown- great shopping nearby and restaurants.

The rooftop patio is the best part. We got some local craft beers from a bottle shop and ordered take out from Mellow Mushroom across the street and enjoyed the beautiful fall evening.

Great loft in downtown Asheville! The location was perfect, right in downtown with shops, restaurants and bars nearby. Easy walk to anywhere. We were allowed to bring our dog and he also had a great time. Place was clean, kitchen was newer and appeared to be pretty well stocked (though we didn't use it much). Would definitely stay here again.

My new home away from home! The Urban Loft is ABSOLUTELY the place to stay in downtown Asheville. The only word of caution is stairs and parking. There are 21 stairs to get up to the apartment, and the tallest spiral staircase I've ever seen to get to the roof. But it is well worth the effort. Parking is around the building, and you have to walk around the block to get to it. But once you're parked, you won't need your car because the apartment is located in a great part of town. There is a great wine bar right around the corner, and everything else in town is just a 5-minute walk. For me, the Urban Loft is a perfect 10!

Best location in downtown Asheville! This loft has high ceilings, exposed bricks, cool artwork and a great sound system. The rooftop patio was our favorite! We hope to return again!

This is a very unique and lovely loft above a cute shop. It's very private and has everything you need. You park directly behind the shop and there is no entrance to the loft from behind the building so you have to walk around the block to get in. But worth it to stay directly downtown close to everything!

Accurate description and great location. Host was very responsive and flexible when our flight got delayed. Definitely recommend.

This flat has excellent location and is very cozy and comfortable. Owner is very friendly and communicative.

Right in the heart of downtown, walking distance to everything. Rooftop was a bonus. Very comfortable masyer bed as well. Will definitely stay here again.

This was a really great spot. The location was so close to great shops, restaurants, and bars. The available parking was tight but we were glad to have a dedicated spot. The actual loft was really cool. I loved the style. The furniture was comfy. The guest bedroom is a bit bleak without a window, but it was fine since we hung out in the common area or awesome rooftop patio. The music system was such a nice amenity. It was evident that the owner really cares for this place. The only downside - the patio chairs were mostly broken or didn't have cushions. As we were checking out we realized there was a key that likely opened a closet with seat cushions. Dang! We'll have to use that next time. 10/10.

Awesome location! We were able to park the car and not move it for the rest of the weekend. Most any downtown location was walkable. The loft was really cute--fun, quirky decor, updated kitchen w/ nice appliances, the bed was comfy, and honestly we didn't find anything we didn't like. Owner was very responsive to questions and graciously allowed us an early check-in which made the day even better. We love Asheville, and we'll definitely book again.

This place was in a great location! The loft was even better than the listing! It was such a wonderful space for my husband and 2 adukt children. We even made 1 bathroom work. 😁. How nice to have a full sized washer and dryer!. I can't say enough good things about this pla e. Thank you for a great time.
