Stayed Mar 22, 2025Your condo is one of best we’ve stayed in especially in regard to all the extras that it offers. From the fully equipped kitchen, which is so important to us, to all of the beach equipment that was available for our use. Location was also great on the south end away from the busyness of the north end of the island. We hope to be back in the future!

Stayed Jul 18, 2024This is a very roomy, nice condo. The pool area was very nice and equipped with clean restrooms. The balconies are screened in, and that helps a lot with bugs, so you can enjoy sitting outside. The appliances were up to date, and the outdoor equipment supplied was in good condition. There are a couple of E-bikes to use. Publix is a quick drive down the round. The beach was a little further walk than I realized, so I was unable to enjoy it due to my bad back. Too far for me to handle. Other than that, great place.

Stayed Mar 23, 2024Property was as listed! Condo is directly across the street from beach with easy access. We didn’t have a car and trolley was fine for Times Square runs for dinner,shopping etc. property manager is accommodating and replies immediately. We had no issues but talked to him twice before our stay. Would recommend this condo for sure!

Stayed Apr 16, 2022This was our second year in a row staying at this condo. It’s extremely clean and has everything you need. It’s in a great location across the street from a great beach with lots of great restaurants and shops within walking distance. Can’t wait to go back.

Stayed Jul 24, 2021This was the cleanest condo we've ever stayed in. The property was well maintained and we have zero complaints. It was stocked with so many necessities. The pool area was great! It was in a quiet area which is perfect for families. If we return to Ft. Myers, this is where we will stay again for sure!

Stayed Jun 8, 2021This property was great for sitting on the patio; by noon we had shade the rest of the day. If it was extra hot that day the fan really helped out. Very quiet and peaceful surroundings.
