Stayed Jul 28, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Bedding needed to be re-cleaned, rugs needed to be re-cleaned. No umbrella for upper deck, outside lawn chairs needed to be re-cleaned. Closet door does not work, sliding screen is broken, ironing board is broken. Mgt.company came to fix what they could, but place was very cheaply done.

Stayed Oct 4, 2024We enjoyed our stay and found the location to be great. Walkable to everything you’d need in Harbor Springs and a short drive to Petoskey and Boyne. It was clean and comfortable. Only feedback was that we didn’t receive check in details prior to arrival and had to reach out to access the flat. The management company was very responsive and got back to us immediately even at a late hour, but I would have preferred receiving the instructions prior to arriving.
