Stayed May 28, 2025Lovely home away from home. Appreciate attention to detail. Enjoyed the view, pool, and beach access. My kids had a blast! We were able to see a rocket launch and the owner texted when to be ready. Rainy day we went to a local arcade pay to get in and play anything for as long as you want which was neat. Had a nice lunch at a Japanese grill walkable from the arcade. Enjoyed door dashing food options recommended on the kitchen counter. Close to all the things. Elevator was very nice to use. Would recommend!

Stayed Mar 29, 2025The condo is exactly as it is listed. Everything you need is provided, so no need to pack extra! The building was quiet, the pool was heated, and the view from the balcony was amazing. Communication with the owners was great. The condo is very spacious and feels like home.

Stayed Jan 20, 2025This place really was a home away from home. I felt like I was staying in a family members condo. It was set up for everything we needed. Easily accommodated my family plus the grandparents. The down side was we had horrible rainy, cold and windy weather so we never got to enjoy the beach or pool/hot tub.. But it did look like it would have been lovely. We did brave the beach one day for a short jaunt to get shells which was very lucrative. Dennis and Irma were great and getting us anything we needed and even mailed us a couple coats we left behind. They also made a point to notify us of some rocket launches that we were able to watch. Note for future stayers: go to the beach for the best view! The condo is fully stocked with cleaning supplies, some pantry staples, food, paper products, etc. it made the trip much easier. Would definitely visit again, hopefully this time with better weather

Stayed Dec 14, 2024Great place, great hosts, great time! Terrific for our whole group, five adults and a 14-month-old who loved playing with all the toys, super comfortable furniture, beds, but the balcony and proximity to the Atlantic are truly the best!

Stayed Oct 14, 2024This condo was great. Had everything we needed! Had large patio doors that overlook the beach & ocean. Loved hearing the ocean while having coffee on the deck. You could also hear the ocean from the master bathroom. Beds were very comfortable! Layout of the was wonderful, allowed privacy for people in each bedroom. Communication with Mr Jolly was excellent. Highly recommend!

Stayed Jun 21, 2024Wonderful condo in Coco Beach. They had everything we needed. My granddaughter enjoyed all the toys and decorations. Beautiful beach and nice pool. We enjoyed the seafood restaurant's and got to see 3 rocket launches. Beautiful rainbow and saw Dolphins at the restaurant by Cape Canaveral. Owners are very nice.
