Upscale Condo w/ Balcony < 1/2 Mi to Ski Resort

Very clean and spacious..close to ski..walkable distance

It was great for my family.

We loved our stay here and would love to come back for a Winter stay! The owners are so kind, and we were able to work with them and Evolve to rebook our original dates after our car broke down on I-70 half way there. The Condo is perfectly furnished and decorated, very comfortable and has everything you could need for a great stay. Everything was clean and ready for us as expected. The location at the base on the mountain is perfect - it took us less than 5 minutes to walk to the gondola, less than 5 minutes to drive downtown and there is a shuttle stop right at The Lodge. I would give this stay more than 5 stars if I could and highly recommend for anyone traveling to the Steamboat area!

Perfect property and location. One thing though - one vehicle parking is a problem for families that come from different locations usually more than one vehicle and paid parking is limited to hrs way less than 24hrs. That was a challenge to us to get up early in the morning and find parking somewhere else with the same deal the next day…

Spacious, clean, coz, and perfect for our family of 4! It was a 5 minute walk to the slopes and village! Also close to some restaurants/shops! We would absolutely stay here again!

The condo is everything you could ask for in a stay - great location in a gated community a short walk to the gondola, well furnished with attractive decor and quality furniture. Plenty of space for 6-8 people and very clean. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful property! Very clean and a short 2-3 minute walk to the slopes, shops, bars and restaurants. Suited our family of 5 perfectly. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was great! The house was clean and well maintained. There were plenty of towels, soaps, coffee k-cups and other free amenities that made the stay feel high quality and worry free. The guest contact was quick to respond. Heated pool and jacuzzi are steps out the front door and the lift is a short 5 min walk away. Would definitely stay here to ski again! The only annoyance is that the beds are very firm. Also, because this is an Evolve property there are way too many cooks in the kitchen. Evolve, the lodge team, the guest contact, which is often not even the homeowner. Be sure to reach out to the correct party if you have a question. This is inherent in Evolves business model and you will receive 20 emails from different people leading up to your stay. Lovely home, but over-complicated service.

The condo felt like being in a tree house tucked away from the rest of the complex. Great water pressure and firm beds. Easy walk to lifts, restaurants, and ski rentals. The shuttle was so quick and easy for our group of 5 to get to and from town for dinner one night. Thank you for sharing your home!

Myself and four friends stayed at the lodge for a ski trip. The space was good for 5-6 people. It would be a little cramped for 7 or 8. This property is close walking proximity to the resort and right next to a brewery. The hot tubs are a nice feature after skiing but can get crowded later in the day. The beds were firm but not terrible. The shuttle was convenient for going downtown for dinner.

The location is great - easy walk to the gondola, and a market right next door too. The unit is also convenient in that it's only on second floor and it's just steps away from one set of the hot tubs. The unit itself is nice but we would not stay there again due to the beds - they are extremely hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were also not great. Also the wifi is very bad (as far as we knew it's just the wifi for the entire complex, not separate) and even cell service doesn't work well in most of the condo - I had to stand by a window for a call or it would drop.
