UPSCALE 3 BR unit with OCEANFRONT views from each room- sleeps 9 comfortably

Awesome view and location. Perfect unit for larger family. Enjoyed watching dolphins at sunrise from the balcony and seeing beautiful sunsets. Unit could use some updates (cookware, pillowcases, folding chairs, couch.) We would definitely stay there again.

The beach was beautiful, the condo, building amenities and host great. We love San Souci and Pensacola and look forward to our next trip back.

We have stayed in this room 3 or 4 times with family. It’s very nice and inviting.

Fantastic location, spacious unit with everything you need to feel right at home. The owner responds quickly to any questions, check in and checkout was super easy. Carts are available in the parking garage for easy loading and unloading the car. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

My family and I had a relaxing and enjoyable time staying in this condo during our vacation. We have been coming to Sans Souci for the last 4 years and this was the nicest accommodations yet. It was spacious, homey, with comfortable bedrooms, and whimsical coastal decor.

I would come back and stay here again!

I can not say enough great things about our stay! Check in was easy. Pool was great. We could walk right out to the beach. Extras galore! Clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive to my questions. Definitely recommend!

This condo was able to fit 6 adults and one infant comfortably! It was so clean and right on the beach! Beach was very private and not crowded at all. Location was right across from the infamous Peg leg Pete’s and only about three minutes from the main boardwalk strip! The condo had just about everything you needed for a week long trip, including extra beach chairs and coolers! Couldn’t ask for a better stay. Will stay again!

Beautifully decorated and well maintained condo. All 3 bedrooms have gulf views. Excellent location on gorgeous stretch of beach. It was well equipped. Plenty of dishes, glasses and cups. Nice kerig for morning coffee out on the large balcony. Flounders was by far our favorite restaurant.

Great location for family. Loved the crib since we had a 1 year old. The kitchen was well stocked although we don’t really cook-live being across the street from peg leg Pete’s and Tom Thumb!

We recently spent a week on Pensacola Beach , and this three-bedroom unit was perfect for our family group. It looks out on the beach and provides a ring-side view of the Gulf. The kitchen is well stocked with ample cooking supplies, all in good shape. A pantry closet allowed us to store our food supplies and keep the kitchen uncluttered. A washer and dryer in the unit was very convenient for our family group. The seating area has a nice, large coffee table which is the perfect size for puzzles, which we always like to work at the beach. The Sans Souci pool is a nice, large size and is surrounded by plenty of lounge chairs. Across the street is a Pensacola landmark restaurant, Peg Leg Pete's and a Tom Thumb mini mart. A Publix grocery is about about 15 minutes away. Communication with the owner is quick and thorough. This is one of the nicest Sans Souci condos we have booked and definitely hope to stay there again.
