Stayed Aug 23, 2025Much better than a hotel. Loved the 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. The pool and hot tubs were great. Super quiet and relaxing. No air conditioning, but there are lots of ceiling fans. We would stay there again.

Stayed Jul 25, 2025Great property and great community! The pool and hot tub were great for us and location is hard to beat. Place was nice and spacious enough for 8 adults. We visited in the summer, and there was no AC however the place cools off well and has plenty of fans provided. We enjoyed our stay and would choose it again

Stayed Jun 19, 2025This unit was great & all the beds/furniture were comfortable. There is no A/C, which is tough when it’s 90°+ during the day, but it cooled off well at night. There’s a free shuttle into town that was walkable from the unit, and the pool/hot tubs were nice. The unit was pretty clean when we arrived and property management responded quickly to an oven issue we had. Overall, we would stay here again!

Stayed Jun 9, 2025We loved this home for the week. It was beautifully arranged, furnished. Everything we needed was there. Our only real issue (and this was our oversight at booking) was lack of A/C. There were box fans available for each bedroom and this helped at night as temps were lower. Given that daytime temps were in upper 80's, it was pretty warm inside. The unit was very well furnished with everything we needed. Especially liked the full spice rack in the kitchen to get us started. Balcony overlooked the pool which we liked. A little noisy late afternoon/dinner time, but pool was closed each night by 10, so no real issues. We enjoyed the view! Unit is located in a beautiful residential area. Very quiet. Easy to get to downtown, ski resort, parks, etc.

Stayed Dec 26, 2024We rented a car from Denver which was a big help in getting around, even though the Steamboat bus system is great. East to 5 min drive to the slopes and the hot tub was nice. Plenty of parking options and the kitchen was fully stocked with equipment.Would come back to the same listing.

Stayed Sep 10, 2024This unit has a great location, nice pool, walking distance to ski area. Well stocked and clean. The only negative is it is a bit dated and a little worn but a quiet unit in a good neighborhood.

Stayed Sep 7, 2024I stayed here with my four sisters. The layout of 4 bedrooms and 3 baths worked well for us. It was very quiet as there didn't seem to be a lot of people around during our September visit. We would stay here again.
