Stayed Feb 6, 2026The host was very welcoming and responded quickly to our questions. The place was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Our family enjoyed the amenities like the hot tub, workout center, and game room. Our only concern was the bedrooms backed up to Main Street so in the evening we could hear traffic occasionally.

Stayed Jan 15, 2026Had a great stay in Kirk’s Breck condo. He was really friendly, easy to work with, and provided lots of tips and Breckenridge ideas. Fantastic communication. The condo is really clean and bright, with a well supplied kitchen. About a 10 min walk down the road to the Quicksilver lift, and the shared hot tub is right next door to the unit. Would stay again!

Stayed Nov 26, 2025The best stay with accommodations in Breckinridge! There’s allot to cover, but the photos only give you a glimpse of the scenery. Very beautiful space, comfortable , relaxing, spacious, and many features. Kirk was an amazing host, responsive, respectful, and knowledgeable. We have teens and this was an incredible experience for them as well. Location was great, close to all the attractions and hot spots. Definitely recommend, and check out the jacuzzi, even in light snow it was wonderfully beautiful. We will absolutely be back, looking forward to seeing this spot again.
