A beautifully presented and recently modernized, luxury 3 bedroom Condo with Lake views, arranged over the 2nd floor (With lift), of a quietly positioned apartment block within the popular Vacasa Resort of Caribe Cove with fabulous amenities including a lakeside heated pool, hot tub, 24-hour fitness center, Shuffleboard and 24 hour market.

No expense has been spared on the recent upgrades, including wood floors, granite counter tops, bedding and furniture.

Well equipped with modern appliances and equipment including washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, TV's, Fold away cot and more.

Privately owned spacious family apartment only a few moments walk to the communal pool and offering easy access to all of the amenities of Caribe Cove.

Our fully air-conditioned accommodation consists of:

To ensure a safe and comfortable stay for all guests, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following rules:

1) No Smoking Indoors - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. Failure to comply will result in a $250 non-compliance fee.
2) Respect Check in and Check out Times -Check in is 4:00pm and check out is 10:00am. Failure to comply will result in a non-compliance fee.
3) No Parties or Events ​- Gatherings, parties, or events are not allowed.
4) Pet Policy - Pets are strictly prohibited on the property, including visiting pets. Failure to comply will result in a $300 non-compliance fee, in addition to any costs incurred for damages.
5) Maximum Occupancy - Do not exceed the stated maximum occupancy of the home as listed above. Failure to comply will result in immediate removal from the property and cancellation of the reservation.
6) Air Conditioning Use - Please do not set the thermostat below 72°F. Ensure all windows and doors remain closed while the AC is in use to maintain efficiency.
7) Quiet Hours: The resort quiet hours are from 10:00pm - 8:00am - Please be respectful of neighbors at all times.
8) Property Inventory - Do not remove any items from the home. All furnishings, linens, and amenities must remain on the property at all times.
9) Accidental Damages - Accidents happen - if anything gets damaged, please notify us right away so we can address it promptly.
10) Towels & Linens - We provide fresh towels and linens for your stay. Do not use towels for makeup removal, self-tanning products, cleaning, or any other purpose that may cause staining or damage. Do not remove any towels or linens from the property. If any towels or linens are found stained or damaged, we will make every effort to clean and restore them. However, if items cannot be returned to their original condition or are missing from the property - a replacement fee will be applied.
11) Excessive Trash - Please help us keep the home clean and comfortable by managing the trash disposal during your stay. Excessive garbage, food waste, or mess left at the property beyond what is considered reasonable will incur additional cleaning or disposal fees.

    We chose this property for location, number of bedrooms/layout, and being ungraded. We loved that no carpet. All hard surface with area rugs. Made feel cleaner and easier to keep up. The outdoor furniture was great as it was more than a table and chairs. The property is located at back of condos, 2nd floor. Very quiet and feels remote. All rooms offer good size and easy to stay over a week with the dresser and closet space. Kitchen area: The dishwasher leaked the entire time and never worked. This was one of the biggest disappointments. We loved the ability to cook as we stayed 10 days but being on vacation hated having to hand wash everything. The management team was easy to reach and responded but got tiring having people in and out of the property during our trip to fix it and never got fixed. The master shower was still dirty with mold and dirt that easily could have been scrubbed away. We got a sponges and cleaned it in those areas easily. More body towels would have been nice but we washed often. One per person is what we had. Living room couch and breakfast tavle chairs and stools.needed a good clean as they are light gray and soiled. Overall we enjoyed ourselves and worked around our issues. Hate paying more for an uograded property that you dont have access to a dishwasher and not as clean as expected. There was a swiffer (need to bring the swiffer refill wet or dry) vaccum.

    This was a great, very nice condo! Very clean place (dishwasher still not working though)! Very central easy to get to places you do need a vehicle though ! We booked this place very last minute due to a VRBO home cancelation! Was really nice to have a safe, clean place Thanks ?

    Overall we enjoyed staying at this apartment. It was clean and spacious and we enjoyed spending time on the balcony and at the poo and clubhouse. The only drawback was the dishwasher did not work properly. It leaked water on the kitchen floor and did not clean the dishes. We reported this to the property manager and we were told a maintenance appointment would be scheduled. Maintenance never showed up and we were left cleaning dishes by hand for the week. Certainly not the end of the world by any means, but also not something you want to do while on vacation. That being said, this would not stop us from renting here again and we would recommend it to family and friends.

    We enjoyed are stay at this resort. We have traveled to Orlando.four times in late January for 3 weeks each time. We have stayed at this resort three of the four times. The resort is great if you like it quite. This time share was clean, modern, and would stay here again.

    Very nice unit with a good location. All of the staff was very friendly. Very nice Pool and pool area. Could tend to get a little noisy late in the evening
