    St. Mortimer — READ Nomadness Rentals on Trustpilot before you book.At first impression, the unit is cute, quaint, and centrally located. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. During a 3-night stay, we experienced numerous maintenance failures and extremely poor support. This unit is clearly not well maintained.The first night, the circuit breaker tripped and we lost power and lights in most of the unit for 12 hours. I called and messaged repeatedly and could not get help. Cooking in pitch black wasn’t easy. There was no after-hours emergency number on their voicemail at the time (this appeared only after the incident). I requested compensation and received none. I was even told there were “no issues,” despite being on the phone during business hours and receiving verbal instructions on how to fix it myself. Finding the unit was also unnecessarily difficult. It’s in Building G. We searched for 45 minutes in the dark. This information is buried under “Amenities” instead of being included with check-in instructions. When I pointed this out, I was treated like I was the problem.Additional issues included a TV that randomly stopped working, an extremely finicky furnace (we fixed a broken wire), a broken wall heater, an unsafe and unusable couch bed, pellet bags piled in the living area, flimsy fixtures, a shower door that wouldn’t close, and loud furnace/vent noises at night.Bottom line: poorly maintained unit and terrible management. I would not stay here again

    Place was clean and lots of natural light. There were a few issues with the place that weren’t a huge deal, but small inconveniences. Such as - there is a GFI that trips multiple times per day, pellet stove malfunctioned, and we didn’t have soap in one of the showers. The Maitenance team was amazing and fixed all issues promptly and professionally

    It’s an incredibly clean and quiet place, close to the market, with convenient parking, excellent heating that makes it cozy, spacious rooms, and each room has its own attached bathroom. A perfect home at a great price!

    This property is beautiful with so many tiny details of decor to fit the location. Everything is totally organized from all the procedures to labels in the unit. It was wonderful. The location is great right on the trolley line.

    This is a lovely quiet condo complex in a fantastic location, close to grocery store and other conveniences, biking, hiking, but not right in the village. Game room was a plus with teens though lighting was poor. Also, be aware that pool is too cold to do more than dip in and out and hot tub was never hot. Unit itself,however, was quite nice, though I would recommend providing a few more food basics, like sugar, oil, and tea/coffee.

    We had a great stay at Nomadness condo. The unit was very clean and cozy. Bedrooms were cozy and clean. It was walking distance to the Vons Plaza which is full of shops and local eateries. Kitchen and Bathrooms have everything you may need for your stay. The rental company is super attentive and I was able to text them and get a response quickly. Our family really enjoyed the visit and hope to be back soon.

    Beautiful town; lovely space with fun touches throughout. Very responsive property management with great communication. Sofa bed wasn’t terribly comfortable, but when are they? Very close to shopping and restaurants.
