Upgraded, inviting condo w. jetted tub + incredible amenities

Great location and easy access!

So whoever owns the condo itself is amazing I wish I knew who they were because I would tell them to relocate there business, but whoever owns the property and books the rental are horrible. It was a pretty bad experience trying to get there, find parking, and you could not get ahold of anybody at all for help. They said if you have any issues call this number, but when you did no answer or there was no follow up to a problem, also there is absolutely nobody on the grounds that can help at all except for the cleaners.and the person that tried to help couldn’t bc he couldn’t get ahold of anyone eather.

Fireplace did not work properly upon arrival, elevator did not work for 24 hours and the entire building was evacuated at 2 am for an unknown reason.

The place was clean. And the king size bed is comfortable. I have no idea how to tell the condo owners that the closet door completely fell off the track when my 71 year old mother went to open it. The toilet started leaking at the base. It was getting worse yesterday. I left a towel on the floor to keep it moped up. And there are ants in the bathroom. The dresser drawers were packed with unnecessary bedding. There was no place to unpack our cloths. We used the jacuzzi tub to store our stuff or the hallway between the bedroom and the living room. The kitchen cupboards were all overloaded with too much stuff or locked. There was no place for us to put and organize our stuff. To be southern comfort you should make sure there are some spaces for your guests to put their stuff.

Property was perfect for what we needed for our stay as a family of 4. Unit is a corner unit and was very quiet, you can walk to the other end and see the fireworks from Dollywood. Mountain view were beautiful and so was the sunset. Condo is so close to Dollywood & several other attractions. However, it is very quiet and peaceful. Few things, bed was very soft. If you need a firm bed, you would not enjoy the king bed in the bedroom. Almost all plates and cups were glass, not ideal for children. There was a cable listening for TV channels but we could never find the app that went too (was not a huge deal for us). There is no management office at this location. Pool is open to whomever, we heard a few times people say they were locals and just came there to swim. Overall we would stay at this location again.

Need to do better with property if people have to pay that much to rent it

The condo was a great location to all fun things going on in the area, and nearby areas. Everything you need was avaivable in the condo. Great pizza place across the street in walking distance, I recommend trying. We recommend this place to others to stay. at

The property was exactly as described. It was updated much more than I expected after reading some of the reviews(adjustable bed, 2 large TVs, bidet toilet with heated seat). There were a few minor things I noticed that could have been issues for others. The dining table was set with decorative plates while they were cute, they were chipped and 2 were had old food on them(I washed them and we did NOT use them). I killed 3 wasps within minutes of entering and there was a dead yellow jacket on the floor in the dining area. The property supplied dishwasher detergent and a tiny bottle of dish washing detergent but it was not enough for the length of my stay so I had to go purchase more. We couldn't enjoy the balcony due to the people in the condo next door, they were very loud and intoxicated and smoking cigarettes and more! Also the parking was a pain, one night we had to park in the bottom lot which was difficult for the handicapped member of my party. Now with all that being said...I would ABSOLUTELY book a stay here again! The location was convenient for travel to everything. The check in and check out process was absolutely a dream! The kitchen was big and gave us plenty of room to cook as a family.

The whole experience renting this property was great from start to finish. The check-in process was excellent. The property was clean and had everything that we needed. It was more than we had expected. The property manager kept in touch with us throughout our stay. We did not have any problems or concerns. I think these would have been answered in advance if we had. The whole short stay was great. We would definitely stay there again.
