Enjoy this mountain retreat located in a quiet complex, close to the Sierra Star Golf Course & Mammoth Mountain! Relax in the fully renovated 1 bedroom + enclosed loft, 2 bath cabin. This end unit offers a private entry and two story floor plan. On the main level, the living room offers a wood burning fireplace, large comfortable sectional and a 55 flat-screen smart RokuTV with YouTube TV. Enjoy your morning coffee in the corner window bench seat while taking in the forest views. The fully renovated kitchen offers quartz counters, KitchenAid stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare family meals. The dining area offers seating for 6 with additional bar seating for 3, an open floor plan for cooking/dining/living as well as a private balcony. Also on the main floor, the primary bedroom features a King bed with Nectar mattress and a full bathroom with soaking tub/shower combo in the hall. The upstairs, large open loft is comfortable for the kiddos or a family, featuring a Nectar mattress queen bed and an additional bunk bed with a double Nectar mattress on the bottom and a twin mattress on top. The loft has a large walk-in closet, and a full bathroom with tiled shower. The condo has a private key code entry and assigned shared garage parking for one car (garage clearance is 7' 3). The Bigwood community has excellent amenities including a year-round outdoor large Jacuzzi, community BBQ, outdoor heated pool (summer months only), Sauna and laundry room. Bigwood is located1 mile to Eagle Lodge, 1.5 Miles to Canyon Lodge, 5 miles from Main Lodge and conveniently located close to the Yellow shuttle, perfect for getting around town! This non-smoking unit sleeps a maximum of 6 and is not pet friendly. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time.     We really enjoyed our stay. Check in/out was very easy. The house very clean. I particularly enjoyed how well appointed the kitchen was, it had everything we needed for our stay. The location was very close to Eagle Lodge, making drop offs super easy. Would love to stay again.

    Such a wonderful condo, by far the best we’ve been at Mammoth. Kitchen and bathrooms are completely new, clean, beautiful! Kitchen is equipped so well-we made a Thanksgiving dinner and had everything that was needed….will definitely stay there again!!

    The unit was very clean and laid out as expected and as shown in the listing (the loft is open to the first floor where the beds are, which I didn't gather from the listing). One other commenter noted that the stairs up to the loft were steep and they were, so that may not be suitable for everyone. The bathrooms were a little odd, with the first floor bathroom having an extremely high tub and very high shower head - it was just very odd. The upstairs bath shower head is terrible (weird spray pattern that anyone with a lot of hair couldn't use) and I had to shower downstairs. The unit was very clean and easy to find, although we had a bit of difficulty finding the main office to get our welcome packet. It was in a good, quiet location, although we did have loud neighbors one evening. The power went out the last morning, but luckily we were heading out the door. The kitchen is stocked with everything we needed and it was nice to have an ice maker and filtered water in the fridge. We couldn't find extra blankets for some colder evenings. One of the wall lights in the upstairs loft didn't work. There were just 2 of us and we had plenty of room. The unit says it sleeps 6, but I can't imagine having 6 adults in this place. My only other feedback would be for the price charged for this unit, the least you can do is provide decent paper towers and tp - be aware that these are limited and not restocked and are the cheapest kind you can imagine.

    We enjoyed our four-night stay, which was in conjunction with the Bluesapalooza festival. The unit is very nicely renovated, it was near the concert venue, and it was quiet and peaceful there.

    The unit has good light and has been recently remodeled. It's very nice, and everything is in good shape. The location is good. We are a bit older, so I would like to mention that the stairs to the second bedroom are quite steep. The only issue was that the sheet on the upstairs bed was too small and had to be changed. Housekeeping came the next morning and left a new set, but my guest was not thrilled at having to change the bed herself.Other than those little items, we were very pleased with the unit and management.

    This condo is beautifully remodeled, everything is new including the appliances, plumbing fixtures and furniture. The kitchen has everything you might need and is spotless. The location is perfect for a quick drive to Eagle or Canyon lodges. The parking garage is a bonus during Mammoth's Winters. Check in and out was quick and easy. We will return.

    This spot prefect for a weekend getaway. The check in and checkout process was super easy and convenient. The place was as described and was stocked with all amenities that one could need. The place was decorated to make you feel like you were staying in a top notch resort and we Weill be staying again if the place is available. 5 stars.

    We just spent the New Year up in Mammoth and are so pleased we found this gem ! As a family of 6 it’s not always easy to find somewhere to accommodate us all - we all had beds ! And very comfortable beds at that ! The home had everything you could want for a great stay - kitchen has to be one of the best stocked ones we have been to - perfect ! We’ll definitely be back. Just an fyi the shuttle is about a 6 - 10 min walk but it’s always empty and it’s perfect after a days skiing ! Definitely saves trying to find parking at the lodges ! Highly recommend this place.

    We could only getaway for 2 nights but this place was everything we needed… cozy, clean & nicely appointed.Congrats to the decorators too. My only disappointment was seemed the hot water ran out. Would definitely stay here again.

    Had a fabulous stay over Christmas in this modern apartment. Kitchen was incredibly well stocked with everything you could need and modern appliances. Warm and cosy. Not walkable to ski slopes, but ideal if you want to be away from the busy areas, and just a few minutes drive to Canyon or Eagle lodge. Had a text that we could check in 2 hours early which was super appreciated on Christmas eve.
