Guest Access:
You will have private access to the entire unit throughout your stay. Keep in mind that our unit is updated, but The building is an older building and a busy high rise. This means you can hear (and sometimes smell) neighbor activity in the hallway and even through the vents.

Guests will be required to check-in with the concierge in the lobby and have their ID
scanned upon arrival. Guests are required to come and go through the lobby throughout their stay.

There is a laundry room located in the basement of the building. Payment is required (credit card payment is accepted)

The Neighborhood:
Downtown Atlanta is the ultimate in urban living. From the Victorian-era buildings to the brand-new skyscrapers, it’s the center of action in the city. Downtown has a few distinct areas, such as Fairlie-Poplar, South Downtown, Centennial Hill, and Sono. While each one has its own special flair and flavor, they all have the high-powered mix of restaurants, attractions, and commerce that characterizes Downtown.

Getting Around:
Peachtree Center Marta Station is 3 blocks away. The train takes 25 minutes to the airport ($2.50), Midtown is 5 minutes, Buckhead is 10 minutes. The condo is also right next to the on-ramp for I-75/85 and I-20, so getting around by car is also very convenient. You are a 5-10 minute Uber or Lyft from anything Downtown or Midtown, traffic considering. There are BYRD scooters for rent right outside the building per availability. This condo is on the Freedom Park Trail, so you can be on the Beltline in 10 minutes.

Other Things to Note:
Guests should note that the condo is located in the heart of the city and just like other city centers in the US, there are often houseless individuals smoking drinking around the area and outside of our building. Unfortunately this is something out of our control.

Also the building is under construction at the moment, so there are blowers in the floor of the lobby and in the hallways to get rid off the smells, if you find them too loud at night, you can turn them off. Our parking lot is on-site but privately owned and the third party owner is not very responsible, so you may see some trash in the area. In addition, the parking lot can get creepy at night, please find another parking lot nearby if you are not comfortable. Once more, unfortunately this is also something out of our control.

AC and heating are available seasonally. The AC is a PTAC system - wall units controlled by the HOA without a thermostat. We check the weather frequently and try to notify guests if we think it can be problematic, which may happen in transition seasons like the start of Spring or Fall. If you have very high standards for the temperature, we may not be your good choice.

Please remember you are in a condominium with other residents and owners. As your hosts, we try as much as we can to be available from 830am to 930pm but please note - we may be in a meeting, at a doctor's appointment, and after-hours, sleeping. If you need a lot of assistance after hours and guaranteed immediate responses during the day, this may not be the condo for you.

It was really clean, and the amount was very reasonable. I liked the parking as well which was free.

After checking in I decided 2 walk 2 a nearby grocery store as it is noted that everything is within a 15min walking distance, but what isn't mentioned is that you have 2 walk pass a bunch of homeless people to get to everything. On my first day of walking 2 get food & drinks, I had a homeless man that was having an episode follow, curse at, & threaten to attack me for 3mins straight before I found a police car in which he also saw me walking 2 & walked the other way (luckily he did because there was no police in the car) & when I called 911 I was directed to an automated system 2 choose an option instead of being directly connected. That was the worse interaction I had, I had a few more unpleasant encounters of homeless people yelling at me, but nothing as bad as that. As for the property itself, I arrived 2 a bathtub that had not been cleaned & dirty shower curtains. But what was the MOST disappointing thing that is not mentioned in the booking information that was sent after checking in is that I had 2 empty all trash that I had from the trashcans & wash any dishes that were used...not really sure why I was being charged a cleaning fee when I pretty much had to clean up after myself before checking out when I did not arrive 2 a fully clean unit. On my last day of checkout I had no hot water 2 shower with, & the only means of communication is through email so good luck if you need 2 speak 2 the host right away. They also sent an email asking for a 5star rate which was weird

Not provided adequate info on parking situation. Requested an early check in time and never heard back from the owner. Rude staff in property, disappointing views and the kitchen was a literal closet one person barely fit in. For the money I would stay a few miles outside the city at a nicer place

We booked here in part for the free parking space. We walked to the Aquarium from here. It was a nice walk, but be aware that Atlanta is not located in a flat area. We had more than enough room for the two of us. We would stay here again.

Upon arrival we realized the building looked nothing like the online photos! It looks like a ran down old folks home!! The first condo we booked was so dirty there were stained comforters and sheets on the bed. There was blood on the toilet seat it smelt of old mold It was horrible! We were accommodated and given another room, which wasn’t to much better it had an old smell to it, the sheets and comforters were still dirty in the main bedroom which was ok because we were able to switch out the covers from the other room. The towels and washcloths were so dingy they looked like they haven’t been changed out in years! We purchased our own to get through the weekend.the stay was uncomfortable to say the least we made it work but we will never come back here again!

The place was good. The only problem was the toilet was constantly running and it was loud. It was hard to ignore especially at night but other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

The Landmark Condominiums are Right off the freeway exit, This building was built in the 1960s and looks rough on the outside and the inside. Unit I stayed in looked like photos and has had a lot of upgrades that are not high end but are adequate. Living room rug was dirty and needed vacuuming but I wasn’t there much so not a huge deal. Bathroom was clean and a nice shower head. Unit next door must be a family - I could hear a small Child crying in the early morning but I was up and off to work early so not bothersome. Kitchen worked for me great as I thought take out home every evening. I wanted something walkable to the convention center and this fulfilled that. Route to convention center is pretty but if traveling alone be alert because at the end of the work day there are a lot of homeless people. There seemed to be quite a few people staying at this property that were also attending the same trade show. Since I travel alone for work I like that this building is secure and has a concierge and you need a key fob to enter. Hallways are dreary with dirty carpet. I wouldn’t stay downtown if I wasn’t there for work - if it was a pleasure trip I’d stay in Buckhead.
