Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is in a wonderful location, but could use a little tlc. A fresh coat of paint and a repair to the dishwasher( to get rid of the bad smell in the kitchen) would be great.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We hate staying in central Waikiki - too noisy, but Colony Surf solves that problem. We have rented at CS in different units about 6 times. First timers in this unit or others on low floors on the side might be bothered by the volleyball noise...but for us it is a welcome reminder that we are in Hawaii at the Colongy Surf. No need for AC as the trade winds flow right through. Captain Cook has by far the most easy and flexible rental policies, and they do a great job on the ground.

From the tasteful decor to the spectacular views of the ocean and diamond head, as well as the convenient parking,and the unbelievable proximity of the ocean on what felt like a private beach, this was our best Honolulu escape experience
