Space was great and entire property is kept immaculate. Host was available for questions and checked in on us. Pools were nice - easy access and clean.

The property from the outside was nice. The actual unit we rented was a standard two bedroom condo. The party we had a problem with was it's condition. It was dinner time when we got there. Unloaded groceries for the week and wanted to make a salad. Pulled a bowl from the cabinet that was damp and covered in black mold. The rest of the dishes in the cabinet were the same. We stopped right there and decided to take photos of the unit immediately so we would have proof of our experience. We found long black hairs in both bathrooms. ( Stick on the walls, the doors, countertops, bathtub walls....) a giant wad of black hair on the master bath counter. The bottom of the tubs were dirty. The toilet paper holders were loose and falling off. The stove drawer was not set right. We called the rental agency immediately. Realjoy is the name. They promised to come and take care of the dishes and reclean the unit the next day. No one showed up. I again called and got a different person. I was told someone would call me back but that a cleaning person was on the way. They showed up just as we were getting in the shower to go out to eat. (Didn't want to touch anything in the kitchen due to the mold) Two people came in, one holding a mop. This looked as though they had just mopped up a cesspool. No cleaner, no cleaning towels, nothing but a dirty mop. long story short, they didn't fix it and then credited me 200. More than disappointed. Not enough characters to describe.

This property fit our family of 6 perfectly. We had trouble finding the beach on the first evening but after that it was an easy walk. We really enjoyed every aspect of our stay.

It was quiet, clean and in a great location. Would definitely come back. We have been to this property many times over the years and always look forward to coming back.

We had a great time. The property was beautiful and there was a lot for the kids to do. They were places nearby for groceries and plenty of restaurants to choose from. We didn't even go through a tank of gas. Our condo was wonderful. Only suggestions are it would be nice to have a dish towel and dish cloth and maybe a blanket. But we had a fabulous time!

This is our first stay at Miramar Beach and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean.

We stayed here in July for a family trip. The place was clean with plenty of bedding and all the amenities you could want. We enjoyed the pool in the evenings when we could no longer be at the beach. Remember to bring your umbrella and chairs for the beach or you can rent one at the beach for 55 a day. The walk to the beach from the facility is a bit longer than I expected but my children ages 9 and up were able to make it without much complaint. Parking was easy and the location was close to plenty of shopping and dining. We did visit the outlet mall not far from us and kids loved that too.

We stayed here with 4 adults plus a 3 year old, the property was large enough to accommodate us. We originally didn’t know how far the beach was but it was a super close walk- they do offer a shuttle as well, but if your good with a 3-4 minute walk you can easily walk it even with children. The pool beside the building was heated so that was nice and the putt putt course was a nice little added bonus! Would stay there again!

This is the cleanest nicest place. My wife has ever stayed at the beach. Will definitely be back again. Awesome unit real Joy customer service was excellent.

The property was clean and the unit was just as described! Host had great communication. We would rent there again.

People were friendly there. Could call and ask anything you needed to know. The staff at check in/out were friendly and helpful!

Close to everything. Beach is great with easy access.

The walk to beach was alot harder than we expected, the no canopy rule is EXTREME its blazing hot we even walked down and set up past the condo and we still had some security guy come make us take it down. Very limited to where you can set up on beach. The condo was ok. We wont stay again

Comfortable and good location to things. Getting to the beach was not an issue, especially with the shuttle.
