This clean and comfortable two bedroom, two bath condo offers a sizable balcony where you can kick back and enjoy views of the ocean and bayside sunsets in the evening. You'll love the soft hues and updates throughout with separate living and dining areas, plus a fully equipped kitchen including stainless appliances to whip up your favorite meals. Entertainment is at your fingertips withthree TV's with cable and complimentary WIFI. Angelfish is just a quick walk to the beach for fun in the sun and surf and when you return, you can stop by the outside shower to rinse away the sand. There are numerous well-established restaurants within walking distance, as well as Northside Park and Fenwick Island attractions. This property rents Saturday to Saturday in season and any three nights in the off season.
Sleeping up to seven guests, the primary has a queen bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen and a single, and the living area has a full size sleeper sofa.
Guest must supply sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets including pillowcases for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
Non-Smoking/Non-Vaping. No pets.
