Stayed May 24, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo had a wonderful ocean view. Overall it was nice and clean. The bedroom was closed off. We had to pull it away from the wall so we could squeeze in to the other side of the bed. There wasn’t a tv in the bedroom either. We got used to all of it. So no big deal.

Unit is very nice with amazing views off the deck. May I suggest that an additional chair be added in living room since there is only a couch. Vacation Time Rental is great to work with also! Have used them for many years in making accommodations at HHI.

Reviewer Comments: We had a fantastic 6!week stay at Seaside Villas.The view from the balcony is breathtaking and very relaxing. The unit is small and needs a little upgrading but we adapted. The couch and stools are not comfortable at all. The bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and made preparing meals easy. The staff at Vacation Time are very patient and helpful.

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental unit location, ocean/beach views were to die for. Howver, the the sleeper soda was dirty/filthy on one side and the mattress is worn to and needs replacing. So does the 2 bunk bed mattresses. I called about the bathtub filling up with water while showering, they said maintenance would come to fix, never did, so we had to shower in sand all weekend. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves after I purchased mattress topper so we could have a peaceful nights sleep. If furniture and bedding is tended to- this will be a location that can’t be resisted and I would rent each month I visit Hilton Head, SC beaches.

The management company was very responsive to our request. We are planning on renting this unit again for an extended period of time in 2024.
