Relaxation awaits at Century I 1007, an updated, two-bedroom, two-bathroom, oceanfront condo in North Ocean City (at 99th Street). This two-story, 1,260-square-foot property offers a unique experience in that it has balconies and floor-to-ceiling windows on both sides of the condo for beautiful views of both the ocean and thebay (which means sunrises and sunsets). The open-concept living area features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a living room with comfortable furnishings, a ceiling fan, and a flatscreen TV. Step from the living room onto your oceanfront balcony to enjoy the salty sea breezes and panoramic views of the ocean, the beach, and the entire Ocean City coastline stretching out in the distance.

The bedrooms, each of which has a flatscreen TV and a ceiling fan, are located on the opposite side of the condo, offering panoramic views of the bay. This condo offers a king bed in the main bedroom, a queen mattress in the second bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room.

Additional amenities include free WiFi, central AC, and a washer/dryer. Just take the elevator downstairs and you are just steps from the ocean and sand! The condo also includes a free storage locker by the service elevator to store all of your beach chairs, umbrella, and toys.

Guests of Century I have access to great facilities that include an indoor pool (open seasonally), an oceanfront sun deck, and a fully renovated gym with a sauna. A variety of restaurants and attractions are conveniently located within walking distance, including Liquid Assets, Trattoria Lombardi's, and the Ocean City Public Library. You'll also be a short drive or bus ride from the famous Ocean City Boardwalk on the south side of town and beautiful Northside Park up at 126th Street - the host of fun events throughout the year as well as a fishing/crabbing pier, an expansive playground, and peaceful walking paths.

Things to Know
Please note: During the off-season, After Labor Day and before Memorial Day the building will be doing balcony reconstruction work. Construction will take place on weekdays, and guests may experience some intermittent noise during this time.
A non-refundable $50 building administration fee is due immediately upon check-in. The fee covers guests' use of all amenities plus parking for 1 vehicle. A second pass is $10 a night or $70 a week. Towing is enforced with vehicles without a pass. Charges occur and parking permits are used from May 1 through October 31. Off season, parking is not charged nor are parking permits handed out.
The indoor pool at the Century1 building does not open until Memorial Day weekend and closes the first of October.
The Century 1 bulding includes climbing steps to reach your vacation rental.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

    The unit was not very clean. There was sand in one of the beds, there was dried egg drippings on the island … just puts you in bad frame of mind realizing that you have to clean everything before you use it; not that I normally wouldn’t but the condition made you feel some kind of way (if that makes sense) (that feeling - not a vacation for me). There was no hair dryer in the upper level (main) bathroom. Kitchen is nicely stocked but with very roughly used pots and pans in very poor condition… they could definitely afford some new pots and pans. Broken patio furniture on the balcony. Upstairs Bedroom full wall windows were so leaky that the extreme heat came into the room and the dark out curtains even fluffed up for the air coming in; as such, it took about 4-6 hours of turning the ac really cold to get the unit somewhat comfortable. They definitely need to seal that entire wall of windows. The sliding patio door in the lower bedroom does not lock; when I called to tell VACASA, they simply said “Oh sorry, for the inconvenience” - Really? My daughter was sleeping down there! All this aside, how can you not love ocean city and being on the beach.

    The condo was great. Lots of room with a beautiful view. Plenty of linens and space for the family and right in the beach. Location was little far from the broadwalk but nice and peaceful. Would definitely stay again

    This was probably the best condo we have ever stayed in and I'm not just saying that. Very clean, had everything we needed, and it was everything as it was described. Comfortable beds, beautiful views, plenty of room for our family of 5. The storage locker is a great bonus as well!! Great area. Close to grocery store and restaurants. I highly recommend staying and will definitely be back!

    My friend and I really enjoyed our stay here! The condo was in great condition, super clean, beds were very comfy, updated kitchen, spacious living area with a lovely balcony and excellent view of the ocean! Would absolutely recommend and will hopefully be coming back to stay here in the future (just not during biker weekend ever again lol)!

    Well furnished needs to take care of the dust tough because curtains smells dust and cigarettes . Otherwise I enjoyed my vacation ,I will return definitely one day . Don’t hesitate to reserve in this apartment absolutely fantastic view .
