Beautiful condo. Near town but not too close. Pool is lovely. Beach is literally at your doorstep. The condo itself has everything you need for your stay. Plenty of towels and lots of bedding options. My granddaughters loved all the games and puzzles. Would definitely recommend grilling on the beach one night and you will never see a prettier sunset!!!

This is the third summer that my husband and I have visited Montauk and it was, by far, our best week. Debra was an amazing, gracious host who clearly wants the best for her guests. The condo lived up to our expectations, and the adjoining grounds offered some beautiful views of the sunset. The complex is well situated and an easy walk into town. We would definitely come back!

The property was lovely and well-equipped, with gorgeous views over a peaceful bay. Big deck for hanging out in the evenings. Nearby fishing dock for our kid was a huge bonus. Minutes away from Montauk stores, restaurants and ocean-side public beach. Harbor very close as well - more good restaurants and ice cream. What more could you want?! Host was super-responsive and friendly. Would love to come back.

We had a wonderful time at this property! It has a large deck with wonderful ocean views. It was the perfect size for the three of us but could definitely sleep more. We absolutely loved the location, it was close to all the restaurants and the downtown. Highly recommend this property. Thank you Debra!

Beautiful condo: spacious , clean , well stocked and an outside deck with lovely view of water. Amazing deer and wildlife to enjoy ! Our host has been so accommodating , and attentive. Great find. Will definitely return ?

We had a great stay at this place! We have two young kids (2yr and 4 mo) and the set up of this place worked out well for us! Quick walk to the bay side beach and the pool. Also a quick drive into town to go to the ocean beach (plenty of street parking during the week).
