Updated Modern Condo -- Direct Beach Access!!

It was exactly as described. Check in was super easy and smooth! Location was excellent and access to beach was perfect. There were so many beach items supplied at the condo and the washer and dryer combo was an asset! We would definitely return and recommend this location!

Everything was as describe. Great view of the beach and condo pools.No surprises. Hosts were quick to answer questions. Great beach trip.

The owner was always available and willing to answer questions and to provide instructions. The condo is so well furnished. In addition, the kitchen had everything you might need.

Clean, no stress, all play! Enjoyed all the things and will rent again next time we're in the area!

It was very good, the condo was beautiful, clean and just perfect for us, location was the best, everything very close, the pool was great and the staff was very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this place!!

We had a quick stay for a soccer tournament and were not disappointed. Although the Phoenix VII is a little older, this unit is updated and modern. The condo was very spacious and clean. I was impressed with the scent that greeted us each time we entered. My family makes this trip 3-4 times a year, and these were the most comfortable beds we have had. The only negative was the parking fee. This was of no control of the owner because it is set by the complex, but the cost is 55 per car. I say that for awareness. The owners were great communicators and wanted to ensure we were happy!

This condo was exactly as described and the perfect place for my short stay. It was newly remodeled, clean, comfortable furnishings, and is close to some many local restaurants, bars, etc. The communication from the owner regarding my reservation was outstanding and I had no issues while there. I will definitely keep this condo I mind for future trips.

The condo was beautiful! The location was really good, and the building was very well-maintained. There were lots of luggage carts readily available—seems like a minor thing until you have to haul tons of luggage, so was a nice amenity.

We stay in this same condo year in year out for the last 8 years. We look forward to it each year and will be back next year. It is always clean, and the pictures are a true representation. You cannot go wrong and will love it also!

We absolutely loved our stay in this condo at Orange Beach. The condo was clean and very comfortable for our family. It was minutes away from the beach, which is where we spent most of our time. The owners were very easy to work with. We had no trouble what so ever and were able to relax. We would definitely recommend this condo to any family wanting to visit the beach!

This condo was the perfect vacation spot. Beautiful condo with fantastic views. The rooms were spacious with outstanding bedding. The master bed is probably the comfiest mattress I’ve slept on in a hotel/condo. The kitchen is complete with all the pots/pans and utensils you need for your meals. The balcony was beautiful views of the gulf and pool. Easy access to the beach which is always great when hauling beach stuff. Our family didn’t want to leave and we would absolutely stay here again.

We had such a great time at this condo the view is amazing and there is such a nice breeze on the balcony . We spent so much time on the balcony just listening to the waves . It was so clean and we had everything we needed there and more. I would definitely recommend staying here you are so close to the beach very easy access . Close proximity to local restaurants and entertainment . You will not regret staying here !!!

Very nice condo in Orange Beach. Condo is very clean and well taken care of. Location and View is great. Supplied with extra linens was a nice touch. Host was prompt to respond to questions and easy to work with. We would stay again.
