Updated Majestic Beachfront Condo with King and 2 Bunk Beds

The room was fantastic! Comfortable bed, clean sheets, clean bathroom and clean kitchen! Warm, welcoming atmosphere and a relaxing time! Thank you very much for our stay!

Beach view was wonderful. My husband didn't realize that being on the 22nd floor would make him nervous. The programs available on the TV was a big disappointment. We were out a lot so a studio was very adequate for us.

Great communication from host. The room was clean and perfect for our family! The elevators were super fast and we never had to wait long at all.

Room was really clean and cozy. Best place i've stayed so far. Really easy access to the beach, especially for older adults. The whole campus was clean and easy to access. Will stay here again in 3 weeks.

Great place!

Perfect place for my husband and I we came in town to visit my son and his family Only complaint is only 1 elevator was working so hard to get up and down. To where we need to go, don’t let that keep you from staying in the room.

Everything was VERY clean. Fresh sheets, fresh towels, even a pitcher of filtered water and ice cubes were waiting for us. We loved our stay, the only “complaint” would be that we had a little mishap when trying to get into our room. Evidently, when booking through VRBO, there’s a chance you don’t receive the property checkin info but we called the owner and were inside the room in 30 minutes. I suggest making sure you receive all checkin info prior to arriving as everything is done online and there aren’t any “front desks” to go to get help. Also, we loved the security at the Majestic. The place runs like a well oiled machine and security is present everywhere. We’ll be back

Loved our stay at The Majestic. The only negative would be the parking garage is across from the property. Other than that, it is awesome!

We were surprised to see the nice and cozy studio for our vacation.The ocean view is amazing. For sure we will come back for the next vacation. We felt like home, especially the king bed was so comfortable. Elevators came fast,

John responded quickly to any requests. Would have been nice to have basic needs in the kitchen such as salt and pepper and ice or ice trays.

This place was perfect area and right on the beach. We have absolutely no complaints about anything!

Everything was very nice! The condo was very clean and cozy. Some items had a little wear and tear but it's to be expected. Overall we had a very enjoyable time.

Positives: good location,property manager has good communication. Condo was clean. Overall we had a good stay. Negatives: the bathroom is lacking storage, even a simple towel hanger over the door would be beneficial. Needs some type of shelving to store stuff in the bathroom over the toilet.. Didn't care for the shared hallway

I love the Majestic. I have stayed here several times. As always... there is great access to the beach, the pool is nice, and parking is easy. This the first time I have stayed in a studio. I did enjoy my stay here...HOWEVER... there are a few things. First, the bed is like an air mattress. The first time we laid down, we actually looked to see if it was. It was not. It had to be like an air pillowtop of some sort. Very strange. The bathroom is SUPER small. There is a huge shower but there is nowhere to put any toiletries in the bathroom or in the shower. We actually used the bunkbeds to store our toiletries. The appliances are EXTREMELY outdated. The coffee pot (like a little Mr Coffee) was stained and very used. We don't drink coffee, so it was fine for us...but very noticeable. The refrigerator was lopsided and had rust but it worked, so.... And as far as the stove, we didn't use it, but definitely could be upgraded. The color scheme and decor for the living/sleeping area was cute. Bottom line, if you are looking for luxury, this is probably not your best option. But, like I said, we did enjoy our stay.
