Updated Hidden Dunes Resort Villa w/ Spacious Porch! Short walk to Beach/Pool

Perfect for our family of 4 with more than enough room, and easily could have slept more. 5 minute walk to an amazing beach! The beach service was super helpful to have the chairs and umbrella set up for us! Fully stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Would definitely recommend!

Our family of five, were very comfortable overall. The only hiccup was with the master bedroom. We sat on the bed and the mattress collapsed. After removing the bedding and mattress, we determined that the twin box springs were turned on the wrong side. A slight annoyance that resulted in me following off the bed and getting a large bruise. Weird start to the vacay, but honestly aside from that, a nice cottage.

Community was clean and in a convenient location, not far from shopping and great restaurants. Condo was spacious, plenty of room for everyone. Best part was the screened-in balcony with a tv, lights, ceiling fan and plenty of room. Washer and Dryer worked very well. Condo was spotless, well-maintained. Temperature was set when we got there and we never had to adjust it. Kitchen was well-stocked. Note there are no coffee filters or salt/pepper, so bring your own. There's a golf cart that will transport you to and from the beach. Tip them though...they're great. Now for the negatives: We have a very active, sporty family. The entire reason we chose this property was because of the gym and pickleball/tennis/basketball courts. While the courts were in great condition, we could only play pickleball on Day 1. In the later morning of Day 2, we tried to play again, since we were expecting and did receive, rain most of the afternoon. However, Security said the courts were closed because The courts needed a day of rest. What???? Unfortunately, the remainder of day 2 and ALL of Day 3 was solid rain. We enjoyed the gym (SECRETLY) because we were told by Security that as Cottage renters, we were not allowed to use the gym facilities and that the rental companies tell us we can, but we are not allowed. We still accessed the gym and used it. It was never crowded and plenty of equipment for a good workout. The community has 2 pools, 1 larger, 1 smaller. The larger pool is closest to this rental. It was open and crowded on Day 1. But it was closed for maintenance the remainder of our stay. This only left the small pool for the entire community. It was packed with families enjoying the water. The beach is very nice. It's a short walk from the rental. The provided beach wagon had a bent wheel. It worked well enough, but it won't roll through the sand. It will need to be carried on the beach.

The cottage was great! The kitchen was well stocked with lots of pots, pans, crockpot and instapot. We had 8 adults and everyone was comfortable with lots of space. Patio was great as well!

We had a wonderful stay. The teens enjoyed the property facilities. I enjoyed the security of the property in allowing the teens to venture to the pool and beach alone. There was plenty of room and the kitchen was well supplied.

We loved our stay at this cottage! The amenities and location were amazing. With the gated community, we were able to allow our kids to enjoy all that HD had to offer with added comfort. There were lots of things to choose from on site to do. Everyone was so nice on site as well as prompt in responding to messages and answering questions regarding booking. The unit was as expected and offered everything mentioned in the booking. The only recommendation I have is to replace the sliding doors to the balcony which were difficult to open and close, and clean up the patio area/freshen up with some paint on the patio. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Wagon and chairs provided. Beautiful place and resort. You can call the security guards to send someone in a golf cart to take you to and from the beach. Please tip them! The pool by our condo was not crowded ( we were there July 4 th week too) You will not be disappointed!

Our family of 7 adults had plenty of space to relax, enjoy the beach, pool and play pickle ball.

Perfect for our large group, kids loved the mermaid bedroom!

Hidden Dunes has all the right elements for a relaxing trip. A short walk to the deeded beach access was simple. Beach step up available to purchase. The property is well kept with security guards at the gate. Lots of people playing pickle ball and tennis. The pool area was extra clean. Our unit had the most well stocked kitchen! I loved all of the dishes, glassware, pots and pans and silverware. Made it extra nice. Very roomy. The loft with the bathroom and extra bedroom was perfect for two 19 year olds. The master is large with a large closet. Fun and cozy screened in patio. We had six in our group. Four college age and the two of us in our 60's. Really had a nice stay. Thank you.
