UPDATED- Experience Ultimate Comfort in the Heart of Downtown Gatlinburg!!

Enjoyed our stay very much. This is our 2nd time renting a condo in this building because we love the location. It’s right off the strip and walking distance to everything. What caught my eye on this condo is the modern cabin decor. Looks so nice and definitely our vibe. Would love to book again in the future!

Absolutely loved our stay at the Summit.This is a beautifully decorated corner unit located within the heart of Gatlinburg. The bears were very active while we were there. We literally watched them from the balconies as they wandered all around the parking lot and surrounding areas. Check in and out were a breeze. Would definitely stay here again.

View was great. Too cool for pool to be open. Hill was a killer of walking to downtown. LolOverall great experience and great location

Great unit, great location!

The condo is beautiful and fully furnished with all you would need. Communication with the property manager was excellent and Cathy was very helpful and responsive. Check-in was seamless. The location is perfect if you want to park and walk Gatlinburg. Having said that, though, the only thing preventing me from giving this a 5-star review is that the elevator to the street is broken. The hill to the condo is steep, and some members of our party had difficulty walking up and down that hill.

We loved everything about this condo. It was very comfortable and very clean. It was better than the pictures. The view off the balcony was nice too! Cathy and Glenn were very good to communicate with if we needed anything. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Immaculate property! Very clean...even smells wonderful! The furniture, appliances, & amenities were all very nice. Loved the shower in the master bathroom!!! The balcony is on the far corner, & the sounds of the creek running by is very peaceful & relaxing. Views are great, too! Loved our stay!!!

Beautiful condo! From the moment the family stepped inside we knew this was going to a place we would be staying at again. Exactly like the pictures posted. Bright and airy. Plenty of room for 5 adults. Beds were very comfortable. Great location, just steps from all the action in downtown Gatlinburg. Thank you for such a wonderful time.

We loved this property for our recent visit. It was so convenient to the strip for the Christmas parade or just walking any where. Super clean, cute, and cozy inside! Owners were super responsive and answered any questions super fast! Very friendly. Would definitely stay in this unit again!

We had a great stay. This condo was so clean and felt brand new. Well stocked. We didn’t cook much, but seemed to have everything you would need. Internet was zippy and such a plus to have cable in the room for football! If you’re interested in going out to eat and roaming Gatlinburg this location is perfect. Very easy to navigate into the park as well. We will be back! Highly recommend

We had a short stay here after visiting our daughter at college. The unit was spotless, and very convenient to restaurants and the strip. We would not hesitate staying here again.

I have stayed at Summit Manor condos several times. This unit is very clean an updated. It's also a corner unit which provides additional lighting in the living space and quietness since it is an end unit. Everything worked just as it should. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a very clean, nicely decorated condo. Walkable to everything in Gatlinburg. We loved our stay and would highly recommend for a family getaway.
