Stayed Mar 26, 2025Perfect spot for a short trip to Vail. Maybe 100' to the bus stop made it super convenient to shuttle to/from the mounts in base. Everything inside was clean and cozy. Kitchen was loaded with everything we could need, including coffee! The hideaway bed was surprisingly comfortable. The shower was instantly hot with great pressure.

Stayed Dec 31, 2024My son and I took a quick four-day trip to Vail for New Year's, and found this property to be exactly what we needed. The property was a ten-minute walk for us from the Vail Lionshead Village. My only complaint about the property was that the oven's bake function didn't seem to work. I had a frozen pizza from the grocery store I tried to heat up, and the oven kept triggering the breaker. Even after resetting the breaker, it never seemed to get hot enough, so I switched to the broil function.

Stayed Jan 8, 2025This small condo worked perfectly for the two of us as a home base between skiing in Vail a& Beaver Creek. It's an older condo with updated Kitchen & bath and had all the basics we needed for our stay. Probably too far to walk to Vail town (Lionshead) on really cold days or in ski boots but free shuttle stop is conveniently located right across the street. It's a first floor unit which is a plus after a long day on the slopes (no stairs!) but at times there was a little noise for upstairs, but nothing problematic.

Stayed Jan 3, 2025This is a great condo that can comfortably sleep up to 4 (king bedroom and pullout queen/double couch). Had everything we needed. And very clean. Provided soap and shampoo for shower and soap for dishes. Didn’t use washer or dryer so can’t comment on that. The biggest plus for us was that there was a free Vail town bus (Sandstone line) that picked us up right across the street and dropped us right at Vail transportation center. From there, just a 3-4 min walk to the Gondola 1. If you’ve never parked at Vail or it’s been awhile, parking is up to 75/3-4 hours. Maybe ok for one day, but 3-4 days, this unnecessary cost runs up. So this is a huge benefit for you skiers and snowboarders. Or anyone wanting easy, free Access to Vail Village.Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Jul 3, 2024We recently stayed at this no-frills VRBO and had a pleasant experience. The location was incredibly convenient, being close to town, restaurants, and grocery stores, which made our stay very enjoyable. Getting in with the provided code was straightforward, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals successfully. The only downside was the upstairs neighbor, who was a bit noisy at times. There is also no A/C, which is in the listing. However, it was still pretty warm during the day in July and only a small portion of the bedroom window opens. So if you sleep hot, keep that in mind. Despite these things, we appreciated the ease of access and the overall functionality of the space. It was a good choice for a simple, practical stay.

Stayed Jun 26, 2024This rental is a great spot for a couple or a small family. The location was convenient to Lionshead Village, which could be walked to in about 15 minutes. The townhouse was very clean and the kitchen had everything that we needed. Even though the location is close to I-70, we didn't have a problem with traffic noise.

Stayed Jul 30, 2023My husband had surgery at the Steadman Clinic. The location and amenities were perfect! There were issues that occurred where I would blame the management company. 1) porch was stained while we were at the hospital leaving no way to get in unless stepping on fresh stain 2) key pad quit working and 3) paid for late check out and cleaning crew showed up. Otherwise, the condo was great!
