Stayed Dec 30, 2023We stayed for 5 weeks and got a good feel for the area. This was the most well-stocked property we have ever visited. Surfboard, sand toys, sunscreen, books, beach chairs, umbrella, toiletries, washer and dryer, spices, etc, etc. It is right on the beach and we also enjoyed watching multiple Cape Canaveral launches, both day and night, from the community deck. It is the most friendly condo community we have visited. We were immediately welcomed as friends, and not interloping tourists as in some other areas. It was quiet and we felt safe. We have re-booked for next year.

Stayed Jan 3, 2023This condo is fabulously decorated & provides wonderful views of the ocean. The owners didn't leave out one detail for a delightful, comfortable stay! The location is right on the beach near shopping, grocery & dining. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming! The sunrises are incredulous. We completely enjoyed our month here.
